“Chef” Matt subcontracted our wedding out to the most unprofessional, group of teens. When contacted he told me that there was no teenagers there.. he had zero clue who worked our wedding. Our wedding was formal and we had 2 high school kids in play clothes serving and running around like it was a romper room. Chef Matt said he would call me back when he talked to his contractor, still haven’t hear from him a year later.
The Flavored Fork catered a workplace retirement luncheon. We had drop off service, but Matthew didn't just "drop it off", he sat it all up and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. Next time, the pizza oven!
Chef Matt recently catered my wedding and the food was outstanding. The pizza oven was a huge hit and with upscale pizzas (chicken and waffles, prosciutto and goat cheese) everyone at the wedding was raving. Add to that we had tacos and mac and cheese that were delicious. Chef Matt delivered on our wish to have upscale bar food at our wedding to keep it casual but still wedding appropriate. Chef Matt was great to work with creating the menu and given the price of food nowadays his pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend The Flavored Fork for any catering needs! I’ll be on the lookout to when I have a reason to use him again!
We used the Flavored fork for our daughters wedding. The food was beyond expectations!! Especially the fried green tomatoes!
We just used Chef Matt and his team to cater my daughters 5th birthday party and it was amazing! They got here early and setup and I didn’t have to lift a finger from then on. The menu we selected from was outstanding. He also brought his custom wood fired pizza oven that is on a trailer for all the kids to make their own pizzas. Needless to say this was a huge hit with the kids and the adults as well. I literally had all the adults attending raving about the food as well as the service and they all wanted his business cards for future parties. Some of the items we had as appetizers was chicken and waffles, brisket sliders with pickled onions in pretzel buns, burnt ends and bruschetta. Of course dozens of wood fired pizzas were served and then we had a salad, roasted potatoes and chicken caprese as the main course. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and the food the put off. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thanks again!
Chef Matt and flavored fork catering were absolutely amazing at catering our wedding event. The food was fantastic and Matt was open to creating a menu around the needs of our guests including providing meals to meet any dietary needs.
We hired The Flavored Fork to cater our small wedding earlier this month. Matt, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating from my initial outreach to him. On our big day, his employees were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. And to top it off, the food was delicious! Customer service is very important to me, and I am beyond glad that I chose The Flavored Fork to cater my wedding day.
We hired The Flavored Fork for a birthday party/baby shower celebration. We chose to have the mobile pizza oven and we are so happy we did! The gourmet pizza was a big hit with our guests of all ages!
Chef Matt did an OUTSTANDING job catering our wedding! We decided to do the buffet option with passed appetizers instead of plated meals. He took the extra effort to account for multiple food allergies that our guests had and delivered an OUTSTANDING product within the dietary restrictions! Chef Matt even went as far as preparing an individual gluten free plate for my wife and a vegan plate for my mother in law that was not originally on his menu! He arrived promptly on time for setup and ensured all of our guests needs were taken care of! When Chef Matt noticed that I hadn’t eaten because I was mingling with guests; he offered to make me a plate. Soon after, I had a hot plate of food waiting for me at my table. We received multiple compliments from many of our guests on the quality and flavor of the food that was presented! Chef Matt is extremely friendly, fair priced, and professional. I could go on all day about our experience! I highly recommend Chef Matt for any catering needs! It should be noted that Chef Matt is extremely busy throughout the week with his traveling pizza oven, but will always respond to you as soon as possible!
