I got a supreme crunch wrap with extra beef, I ate half and it was good, but all the beef was on went to one side so then I was eating cheese and lettuce??? I let Taco Bell know and Terri was very nice and helpful, she then gave me another one which was perfect!
I had ordered a party pack, Mexican pizza, and chicken quesadilla. I ordered through the Web and picked up my order through the drive-through only to find I only had two tacos and the Mexican pizza and quesadilla in my bag. I was missing 10 tacos and cannot get anybody to answer the phone. Corporate and headquarters are both closed during the weekend. But I would like this rectified.
Someone needs to help these guys get organized, my order of Fiesta Potatoes and the Dragon fruit Sparkling Brisk said it was ready to be picked up 20 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. The 3 patrons waiting with me all had to ask several times for simple things like straws.
Terrible service! Rude smart mouth employees that are beyond obviously racist. Night shift is the worst. Extremely slow (I waited over 45 mins Sunday night, mess up my order everytime, ingredients are slack and sloppy, food is cold and either over cooked. I spend between $50-$80 few times a.week everytime however I will no longer be spending my money at this location again. The money the employees are making you should get much better service. New moto suggestion ...Run away from the border. ?♂️ ?♀️ ?
Very friendly staff they had smiles on their faces and they get your order right!! Not stingy on their sauces either!
Zayna, the drive-thru clerk, was very courteous. My order was provided to me super quick. As soon as I drove up to the window it was like "ready". She had a smile on her face as she did her job and was pleasant. I'm thankful for that. Great customer service. It makes you want to come back.
I ordered the number 9 and asked for the tacos with no sour cream. The cashier told me that they don't come with sour cream so I continued my order. When I get home, I see that both tacos have sour cream so I drive back with my receipt and the tacos. When I pull up to the cashier, using the drive thru, I tell her that I'd like to speak with the supervisor. The cashier asks me why I'd like to speak with her so I tell her I'd let her know when she comes to the window. She calls for the Supervisor and she comes to the window and yells, "I'm in the middle of making orders ma'am. What can I help you with, ma'am?" I told her that 2 of my tacos were made with sour cream when I asked for no sour cream and that I'd like 3 tacos with no sour cream. She then asks me, "Why would I give you 3 tacos when only 2 were made wrong?" I answered that I'd like 3 tacos because I had ordered 30 minutes ago and when I got home I had to come back to get my order corrected. To that she told me that she would make me 3 tacos this time, but that next time I should come inside of the restaurant instead coming back through the Drive thru to resolve any issues that may happen in the future. In conclusion, my order was made incorrectly and I was yelled at for wanting a complimentary taco and also not walking into the restaurant to get an order corrected. She has a very backwards approach when it comes to keeping customers happy and coming back for more. She also implied that this may not be the last time my order will be made wrong. I'll be calling the corporate shortly.
Can't get much worse. Used app. Got pickup. Multiple items missing. Tried to call. REPEATEDLY. NO ANSWER. Went in. Response. Return all food for a refund. Or leave. No refund for missing items. Or , the simplest solution. , Just giving me what I paid for. Go to a different location. Thai 1 in no good
TacoBell lunch box deal. I've learned to always check my order, before leaving the window... At any drive-thru. Never use uberdashhub , never custom order , stick to the menu, and never be in a hurry.
