Service can make or break it. Tonya the waitress spoiled it for us.Furgidabowdit…. Calls you ‘baby’ but rude and demeaning. IF we went back, we would wait for a table not in her section. We witnessed her Scream at the other staff across the restaurant. Unprofessional, slow, ….Food was decent- but salad bar is gone. Takes a bit long for re-orders on all you can eat.No mention of happy hour, was then told it was buy 1 get 1. So we ordered another - THEN they charged us for it. Then they said it was outside happy hour when we ordered the FREE beer - wait what?!?!?!Again, decent food, but our waitress was not. Been in the restaurant business - so For those reasons we will not be back.
It's a Sonny's. I always enjoy the food here.The only downside was the older server(who also mentioned being there for several years) kept complaining about the young server loud enough for us all to hear the drama.It went on long enough that I actually felt bad for our server.
Went to sonnys bbq ft pierce , had baby back and fried okra, the ribs were perfect, the pit master is a true master ,ribs were perfect in every way, my wife and i enjoyed every bite of our meal,Paula our waitress was fabulous . she is polite ,kind and attended to our every request, of course i left her a nice tip she deserved it, cant wait to eat at this location again when i crave some awesome ribs!!!!!!!!
We had a great lunch the food was awesome, our waitress was friendly and right on point with our food and checking on us. Everything was perfect.

4 adults & 6 children. Service & waitress was great. Didn't need to ask for anything including drink refills she was spot on. Child meals were good sized. Sandwiches were great.
Tanya at the Fort Pierce location was OUTSTANDING!!! We had 4 kids and was very patient and kind. Thank you, Tanya for everything. You made our vacation to Florida that much more special!!!
Great food just service can be slow depending on the day and who you get as a server.
Went for my birthday lunch and our Server Amanda made it special. She made recommendations on which ribs and she was right on, the baby back ribs were excellent. Amanda was there when we had request and made sure our tea glass remained full and everything came out the way we ordered. Outstanding Service is what we all ways get at this Sonny's BBQ and Amanda made it even more special!
Being from Tennessee where we’re known for Scrumptious BBQ, I was skeptical going in but I was craving some Ribs. I got a rack of the baby back sauced ribs, BBQ Beans, Mac and Cheese, and fried pickles. Sonny’s definitely did not disappoint everything was delicious! This was a GREAT selection for my Super Bowl 2022 dinner.
