Dinner crew is the worst. They take forever, make you park, forget your stuff (sides, sandwiches, drinks etc), make you pull around to oark and sit for 15 mins to give you cold food that is missing half the order. Chicken was COLD and you could tell was old.
Both times lately we have gotten food here they leave something out. Today we got shorted on pieces of chicken. It's their only job, get food in box and give to customer. They are lacking In that ability.

Very friendly atmosphere. I was picking up an order and had a headache, a worker asked me if I wanted a cup to fill a drink with and I was very thankful for that. Plus, there food is delicious! Ive been to this restaurant many times.
This location never gives anything but problems. Employees are rude, slow and picking up any DoorDash/Uber Eats orders is nothing but a hassle. Food is almost always cold or missing items.Had an employee blatantly ignore the order station for over 30 minutes with 10+ cars in the drive through. If you want Popeyes take the time and drive to the Midway location, service there is 100x better.
Definition of the worst place to get food. The Chicken be old and dry, when I came one night like 45 minutes before closing and they told me they sold out! Like didn’t even tell me what they were sold out of. They were clearly lying… The night team needs to fired immediately. Never again
The chicken and biscuits were very old and cold as usual! I thought they might have improved, but it's still a restaurant full of silly, ignorant, don't want to work, rude employees! Don't go to this Popeyes unless you love cold food and bad service!
First the Manager needs to lay off the Chicken and biscuits. Go home and take shower. They messed up my order intentionally because they didn’t want to cook tenders then cut up bout it when i called to get it corrected
For fast food this is my second favorite .. red beans and rice ,biscuits and fried chicken mmm..always good !! Midway and 25th I've always got in and out quick,best part NO DISHES to wash ?
I ordered a chicken sandwich from the drive thru with the wait time of 20min, ended up going in to see them not wearing gloves but also wiping their faces with their bare hands.
