Unprofessional. I was told there would be an 8 min wait on fresh chicken wings and was told to park after I paid. After 20 min of waiting and watching everyone else get their food, I decided to go inside and the assistant Manager asked did she forgot about me. I replied yes and I've been waiting for spicy wings. Then they stated that there was only one wing left but instead offered me extra pieces of chicken. I also asked for a refund to be placed back on my card. The assistant manager acted like my card declined and stated that she was not able to refund me today because of the machine. She stated that I can come in tomorrow to get a refund. Horrible customer service.
The food is great I'm there everyday sometimes twice a day I love myself some Popeyes and the people that work there great service
Friendly staff. Prompt service. Food was prepared and cooked perfectly. New spicy chicken sandwich is DELICIOUS.
Employees claimed to only have a few pieces of chicken and some biscuits to sell at 830 pm, claimed store was sold out, but I'm sure they were being lazy and didn't want to cook anything and had cleaned up early. Will never visit here again.

I can’t tell you how many times we have tried this location. Never have food ready. It is 5:11 as I’m writing this. Dinner time. And no biscuits prepared. Several times we have come here in the evening to be told that they don’t have chicken. Excuse me! You are Popeyes Chicken.We over heard tonight that they don’t have lemonade. Come on. You are in South Florida. Lemonade is a staple. This will be our last time coming to Popeyes.
Horrible Service. I ordered a classic fish sandwich. Cashier said they would have to cook a fresh sandwich and would need to park and wait 7mins. I wanted over 7 minutes and went back to window. The cashier gave me my food. The sandwich was a chicken sandwich. I took it back and the cashier said OH WE RAN OUT!! She could have told me that instead of taking my money. I asked for my money back. Manager came over gave me my money and didn't offer an apology or any type of resolution. This location is HORRIBLE. All Of the people at this location needs RETRAINING.
Pulled up to drive thru and the lady was rude . I didn’t know if she was talking to me or the car in front of me the whole time I tried placing my order. then she told me to pull up to the window . When I got at the window she asked me again what my order was . Then she told me to park and when I looked at my Food it was cold as if it had been sitting for a while , mashed potatoes had barely any gravy in them .Thought by telling me to park and wait for a bit in the parking lot they’d be making fresh food . Was just disappointed in whole experience .
Only thing that was done right with my order, was the drink. I did the drink myself, besides that my order was so disappointing. Hopefully, one day we will have a Bud's chicken and seafood in St.Lucie county.
I probably never thought I would be giving a Popeyes restaurant 5 stars but the outstanding customer service from the young woman at the drive thru window on friday evening made it worth it. Popeyes chicken is always good but the service is always questionable. Although we did have to wait for our sandwhich this young woman went out of her way to make sure we were taken care off. She deserves the recognition!
