I went in to order two 14” pizzasWe have sensitive dietary requirements being of Muslim faithI asked Liz at the front desk to comply and she was extremely helpfulShe told me that the staff used scoops and didn’t place their hands into the toppingsI was concerned when I saw a young male employee put his hands inside the cheese without gloves on but when I told Liz she opened a new box of cheese for me11/10 for Liz0/10 for the guy that didn’t take hygiene and food safety seriously
Almost an hour late. Cold pizza. $4.50 delivery fee. Ridiculous.. I wont order from this location ever again.
Great experience. This is one by far of the best papa Johns locations I’ve been to. Great customer service. I ordered the 6 Tuscan cheese but instead got a regular cheese. It wasn’t a biggie because I understand everyone makes mistakes.. plus it was really good. Lol. ?
Honestly don't care about my order being canceled by them but don't make me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes and then call me my order will not be arriving.
I always order online. Each store has different specials but online is the best way to order and get the best price. Once you place your order you can track the status and know when it’s ready. I never have to wait. My order is always ready when I arrive, I’m in and out in less than two minutes.
I visit this pizza business in 2016 while on vacation with my family. I went inside to place my order, two guys were behind the counter. They acted as if I wasn’t there. Being that I was the only customer there at the time. I wait for awhile for them to take my order and after not being acknowledged, I left. This has stuck with me every since. Being a woman of color, knowing that they ignore me on purpose. I have never been treated in such manner.
At first my experience was not that great due to the online ordering procedure failed to work so I called in delivery. The delivery driver changed all that when an extra ranch I ordered was not in the bag. The driver actually drove back to store and brought it t back to me. This store should be thankful to have such a dedicated employee.
Great staff as always doing what they must to please the customer . I always order from them and love them because I can pull up and they put my pizza in the trunk and go .
I saw the commercial... Got me to order and it ended up being nothing more than a folded pizza with a light sprinkle of something on the outside. Not even close to what is advertised. 1*. Gave an extra star because everything else was what I expected.
Ordered pizza with 2 extra sauces and cookie, but did not receive our extra sauces, order came in good time.
