Went here for lunch yesterday as a stop on our errand day. The young man at the payment window was so polite and complimented my car. Then the woman at the pick up window asked us to wait for a minute. She came back with a free sundae for my little girl and it totally made her day! Thank you for being so happy and kind!!
Consistently get your orders wrong. I've relegated myself to only ordering drinks. However, their smoothie/slushie machine is routinely out of order. I know it's hard to find good people, but it's pretty ridiculous there. They used to have a blond haired woman with a Hispanic accent. She was super fantastic! Wish she was still there.
When you pay $6.00 for a happy meal 6 piece chicken nuggets and get home and only get 4 , when asked at the window did you get 4 or 6?? Cold fries also. Double check your order!
We went thru Drive thru ordered 2 LG Carmel frapps with extra Carmel and a hot fudge Sunday what I got was a Sunday with moca chocolate that tasted funny. Sure was not what I was used too. It was nasty it went to the trash
The window where you pay needs to learn to smile and say THANK YOU! After all you are helping their pay check. The persons at the pick up window 9 times out of 10 say Thank you or at the least Have a good day! They just need to be friendly. The food is usually fresh and good.
The employees are very rude. The past two times there has been hair in the foods. Entire order is never in the bag. Price fluctuates each trip on the up charge on sweet tea. Fries are always half full. Not good service!!
The workers are very rude have no manners at all they cut you off when you are ordering your food. The past two times I have been to this location there was hair in my fries and they gave me 1/2 of my fry. I do not recommend!!!
Terribly slow on the inside. They ran out of quarters. Got my food and had to wait even longer for the drink. Pomeroy ohio mcdonalds could easily run circles around this store.
Staff was very loud and rude. The food was good. This prices seems different than other locations. Parking lot was sketchy and dirty. Not gonna return :(
Service at this location in particular has been a 1/10 at best lately. Rude employees, employees openly using profanity in earshot of customers etc. couple that with the last 3 times we have ordered a milkshake after waiting in line we are told there aren’t any and that the store has no way to cancel the mobile order and we have to do it ourself (which there doesn’t seem to be a way to do so from the app). Add all of this to our attempt to get food here today.. it was about 9:15pm, ordered milkshakes and a snack using the app, selected pick up in store which the app doesn’t allow if the dining room is closed and when we went to pick up the order inside (doors were not locked) we were rather curtly told to go pick it up in the drive through. When I’m the drive through they couldn’t find the mobile order since it was sent to tue front, then after close to 10 minutes of hassle once again we were told sorry no ice cream or milkshakes and sorry but we can’t refund you. So, yet again we are going to have to initiate a credit card dispute to get our $ back and yet again we didn’t get what we ordered. The rest of the order in this case was a 6 piece nugget happy meal with the limited time Szechuan sauce, however when the order was given to is there was no sauce at all with it, we were told twice they didn’t have any before someone finally worn to get it from the office or something. A request for a couple of extra sauces due to the other inconveniences was totally ignored. I know there isn’t any real competition for you in this area but come on.. at least try to offer some semblance of customer service and satisfaction
