NO customer service in this location at all!!! They expect everyone to use the kiosk and if you're paying with cash, you must order on the kiosk and then come to the register. I come to the register to pay with cash or credit card and frequent establishments for the customer service. If I'm expected to use a kiosk and do their work for them then I expect my employee discount!!! Employees thought it was a joke and can be overheard laughing. I was SERIOUS!Food was warm but not up to temperature as per standards and health code. No napkins no ketchup.Note: when kiosks can greet me, suggestive sell, smile, and thank me. All of the above not one or two; I may at that point consider using them!
Drive thru open but was told to go inside to place order. Why is Drive thru open, lit up and inviting if your gonna tell people to go inside?Otherwise good food.
Ordered on the mcapp and go to pick up order and the one person States that it's only them and I have to call McDonald's customer service to even get a refund and well it's a Sunday and I have to wait until Monday if I can even get my refund.It was only a sausage McMuffin and a large Coke and I couldn't even get my drink at least. Buyer beware.
Slow service. Kind of dirty inside. Manager and workers always has dirty uniforms or clothes. Female hair was found inside of my bad and I'm 100% sure there will be no changes.
Fast food is not cheap anymore. Both McDonald's in Okeechobee do not serve quickly. You might be the only one in the drive thru and they will still tell you to pull forward and bring your order to you.
Food was hot and very tasty,we had Mcdoubles,fries & drinks for under $17.00. Staff was very friendly & very helpful because we are old school & hate ordering on a kiosk. RESTAURANT WAS CLEAN.??We don't like kiosk because everyone touches it.??germaphobic.if I go to the cash register & order than I don't need to touch a kiosk.?
Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Watched this guy get told if he doesn't know what he wants she isn't taking his order. Unacceptable
Ordered the "new " table side service was rudely called to the counter to get my food when asked was told in a rude manner they don't have time for that shouldn't offer a service they can't offer
Absolutely the worst mcdonalds in the area, service is super slow, employees on their phones in the back while customers pile up front waiting to place their orders, the back food prep area has food all over the floor while employees stand around doing nothing or hiding. Half the time the self service kiosks aren't on so you're at the mercy of the lazy slow employees. To finish this all up this is a busy truck stop location with hungry tired professional drivers who risk their lives to make modern society possible. Corporate I really hope you catch this and send in someone go audit and oversee how this location operates. Big changes needed. Such a shame.
Good lord the food was horrible.I ordered a Big Mac and small fries to go. I get down the road and start to eat. The fries were like that sat in a grease bucket all night. The Mac's bread was...seriously rock frikken hard. And there was only one meat patty on it and it tasted like it baked in the sun on the roof all day. Smdh. Wendys from now on. That sht was gross.
