Restroom was dirty. One stall was out of order and there was a total of 2 stalls. Got in my car and pulled up to the drive through to order some food. No one responded. Then after a minute or two they come on and say there is a 15 minute weight. Really? What was going on at that McDonald's? I left and went to Wendy's.
That location is usually have good service. But base on my view from the window, I could tell some of the staff didn’t have their head in the work.The manager was working really fast to move the line, while two other female was inside moving with now sense of urgency. That kind of work ethic make me just want to avoid that location.
Filet o Fish had more tarter sauce than fish and THIS is what we got instead of ketchup packets. Never again. Very inconvenient for a road trip!
Literally took 25 minutes in drive thru & there was 2 cars in front of me. Its 6 in the evening & they think taking one car at a time is effect after 10.min there were 4 cars in each lane by then. After allthat i got my dry burn mcChicken.
Pulled to the drive thru the employee immediately stated that there was going to be a 20-30 minute wait for food, we said that’s fine. We ordered pulled up to the window our food didn’t take 20-30minutes but the lady at the window was so rude. Seems like everyone was made they had to work.
Worst service ever. fries were cold, no ice cream no fish sandwiches. Two employees were sitting outside when I drove up in the drive-through one was sitting on a table place my order they came in to make my order and the quality of food was horrible. If this is the type of service and food you’re gonna be serving, why stay open late? I should come in and get the same quality of food at 1 PM in the afternoon and it should be the same if I came in there at 2 o’clock in the morning. Just flat out horrible.
Took about 10 minutes for the line to just move. Got my order in, and did the payment.. didn’t get a receipt .. went to the next window.. almost gave me the wrong order.. then forgot to give me the items in my order. Today.. they just seemed a bit lost.. maybe new employees.. didn’t see cars in the parking lot.. just assuming since everything was just extremely slow for MCDs.
This store seemed very short staffed.Nearly all the tables in the dining area were soiled, except for the occupied ones. Ironically, there were table signs touting their sanitation practices. The dining area floor was in need of a good cleaning.We cleaned our own table with disinfectant wipes.I looked for a telephone number to call regarding this experience, but didn't find one.
Horrible service at night. 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to have my order taken. The guy taking the orders, black guy with a mustache and tattoos on his arms, sounded drunk or high. He took the order of 5 cars in the opposite lane while I waited at the ordering station. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, he argued with me that I wasn't there very long. You would think that after 80 years in business McDonald's would have great service and good employees. It gets worse every time, makes me not want to go there.
Food was good. Restaurant on the other hand was dirty. Restroom was very messy with napkins thrown everywhere, and no fresh napkins available. Sanitizer dispensers were empty, and I was not greeted as I entered.
