It was good, the girl that took my order seemed to have an attitude. But I was the only car on the drive through at the time. I normally avoid that location because it’s usually hectic there.
I keep giving this place a chance since it's ridiculous close to my house.(literally like a 4 second drive! Which is VERY convenient.) BUT THESE EMPLOYEES NEED BETTER TRAINING OR THEY NEED EMPLOYEES THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS! Every visit they get the orders wrong! It's not a hard order at all just no ketchup or mustard. That's it! Visited yesterday and had to come back twice bc they messed the order up, all the tickets said the right thing. Even when verbally told NO KETCHUP, NO MUSTARD by a superior, while we were standing there in the lobby. LUCKILY this very nice blonde lady came to the counter and personally fixed my order( wish I got her name to properly thank her on this post.) Proceeded to tell her crew " you guys were just told no ketchup or mustard" I would like to thank the lady who fixed my order since I can't have acidic foods. But you guys need to get it together!
I sat in the drive thru legit 30 min n I just pulled up thinking cool no line bout 15 min placed order moved up 1 then bout 10min later 3.cars just drove off infront of me. I thought prima Vista was horrible w service but this place has very rude service. N the wait time is crazy..Day before.it was 10:29. I needed a happy meal BUT LUNCH STARTS 1030 SHE ASLED ME TO DRIVE BACK AROUND..... SO IT WOULD BE 1030... FUNNY THING NOT 1 PERSON WAS IN DRIVE THRU I COULDNT SIT THR FOT 60SECONDS...
I come all the time and use my mobile app for the %20 off purchase today it didn't work the manager had no idea what she was talking about and said my code didn't work because one of my items was on sale which is bs because i used it the other day for the same items ( i have regualr price stuff) i cant believe how poorly trained the managers are . On a different occasion my order was wrong so I went inside to fix it all of the people looked at me I was sitting there for at least 10 minutes before someone assisted me in the person that assisted me was actually about to clock out and leave no other managers or workers asked if i needed help. Would give a 0 if I could.
Worst McDonald's I ever been to, I know that's not saying alot. I ordered my food and I asked for a water then this fugly Stuart little looking manger comes and he or she (I couldn't tell) gonna tell me "oh we charge for water because people kept asking." What!? Does god charge you when it rains? Do you pay for water when you drink it at the store no, no but you gonna charge me? Is this broke behind McDonald's location so poor they can't even give a paying customer free water? The manger didn't look like he/she. (I don't want to miss gender them) is starving, opposite in fact like they can't stop eating. But you want to charge me for water. Hopefully that money goes to a good cause like them joining a gym and maybe on top of that the gym will charge them to use the water fountain. Never coming back.
This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. After too long a wait for a hamburger & fries I left without the order. Never again. Front staff was polite, but getting the food out was super slow. PS This new system does not help things.
Just sat at drive thru window for 15 minutes. Watched as they helped other customers and I was at the speaker. Then they did not have what I wanted!!!! Angry does not even come close. 90% of the customers left and went to the Wendy's across the street.
The kiosk couldn't be used becauseA. No table top cards to have it brought outB. It wouldn't transmit to the cashier to ring outC. And where the heck is the check out or pay option?The first guy rang me out with the wrong order. The girl who came up to fix it was however on her game and knew what she was doing. The place was also filthy.
It's ok. Long ways at time and rude patrons and staff. Orders are not right at times. Could be much better.
Absolutely horrible. The floors were sticky, no tables were cleaned off, a staff member (the woman with pink and brown hair) had no respect for me while I was ordering, had her AirPods in, and to make so much of an effort to roll her eyes at me and was rude to me about what I had ordered going as far as to correct me, then didn’t get my drink right, gave me the entire ingredients after asking for pickle only, (I have an Immune Bowel Disease so this could have been extreme dangerous to my digestive system had I taken a bite and not noticed) had my burger bun completely upside down with the top of the bun against the patty and slanted off the burger and then when I was ordering, had her stare at me after I asked her what the $2 meal came with because it was my first time ordering. To clarify, even before I ordered I was completely uncomfortable, as she was busy staring at the conversation between staff members behind her while we were waiting to give her our order. My husband’s sandwich was lackluster, having NONE of the ingredients on his sandwich which was also the lettuce and the sauce. Just the chicken and bread. My boyfriend had to step in and order the rest because I couldn’t deal with the disrespect anymore. Honestly if you were that unhappy to make people uncomfortable ordering you shouldn’t be working at McDonald’s. Do not go to this location if you expect even remotely good service. I don’t normally do reviews but this was horrendous and angered both me and my husband within the 3 minutes of us ordering.
