Worst McDonalds Ive EVER been to. Went inside to order a simple large sweet tea to go(mind you this was after an hour and a half drive for a dr appointment, plus hr at the dr that was just down the street)..Not one employee at the counter, all employees were more concerned about mobile p/u and drive through orders, including the manager on shift at 2pm). How is this reputable? I attended this location weeks before (needed a simple bathroom break for another dr appointment) yet at 8am, the indoor part of restaurant was "closed" even after pleading to just use the restroom. I hope the franchise manager/general manager can fix this...seems alot of neighborhood ppl attend here but they shouldn't have to be remanded to this although apparently travelers are. (This doesnt include a group of male gatherers that congregated outside the restaurant harassing my daughter while I tried to get her sweet te!)

Attempted to go here 3-4 times for lunch and cant EVER get someone to take my order in the drive thru. Today I pulled up and there was no one at the window, yet 3 cars are in the drive thru waiting for their order to be taken. Horrendously bad customer service and management.
This McDonalds has flies and that really dirty garbage smell. I walked up to the counter, there was someone there but after a few minutes of no words and no eye contact, he walked away. Another person finally came up, she was very nice. Just not a very clean McDonald's, at all.
I must admit it. I used to dred going to this McDonalds location because they were terrible, slow and always messing up things. However, I went this morning and I was blown away by the professionalism, speed of my order being taken and recieved, upbeat friendly attitudes, hot fresh food (everything was hot and fresh), and our meals were actually accurate. Whatever has changed wither it mean management & employees, owners etc. Has vastly improved. Keep up the GREAT work McDonalds Delaware Ave. Btw this was on Sunday 6/26/22 @1030am. The breakfast crew is AWESOME!!
Cheeseburgers were cold even though I ordered plain ones. Chicken nuggets tasted old. I visited between lunch and dinner. Out of cokes as usual at this location.
I have lived in the area for 12 years and honestly this is the worst McDonald that you could go through the very disorganized it was remodeled recently the colors of horrible doesn't even look like a McDonald's anymore when you get service every once in awhile you'll have someone that will give you good service but most of the time the staff there is very very unprofessional they need to train them better it also takes forever to get your order in it's just not a good place I don't even understand how it's been open for so long
The meat didn't look right and it tasted like i was chewing cow feet for their other burgers like the Bic Mac and fish fillet they the only ones that taste good
WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!I ordered my wife and I some food from here thru Uber eats. The chicken nuggets were very dry, tasted and looked old. The fries were very far from fresh. They couldn’t even put a Big Mac together correctly! If I could give zero stars I would. They need to replace the management in this place or just close it down!! Will never ever eat from this place again!
Not open 24-7. Wouldn't take my order. Employees clearly saw me and chose to ignore me rather than take my order. Will never go again. Tuesday february 8th at 2:50 am whoever was working should be fired. I saw 2 women and they saw me and didn't even acknowledge me
