Service by a young man was nice, he was polite and accommodating and helped with my points on my phone. However, I found the lack of sensitivity of the manager who came into the dining room while there were guests there and loudly reprimanded the employees who were just doing their jobs, she could have been more discreet and I felt bad for this young man who originally served me and another employee who were just doing their jobs. Also this manager then left in her car that was parked in a spot right outside the door, as a manager myself she should have parked further away so that all guests could have a better parking spot. The restaurant it self was very clean and neat and the service I received was excellent.
Well I happen to be kind of racist, and I was making comments to my friends in the car about service in particular and etc etc and I roll up to the window and the beautiful people working there told me, quotes hey you know we can hear you right!? Unquote. And then they asked me if I was racist then I said yes I have my own opinions I have a right to an opinion I apologize if you had to hear my opinion. Either way the girls were strong but I still think they spit in my food and I just bought my food and I didn't take it,.... ? By the way it was a good lesson for all of us.
Incompetent rude individuals. Didn't want to give water instead of soda for a happy meal. Acted like I was crazy for not taking the soda it came with. Tried to make me pull up to sit and wait for the water I requested even tho the soda I requested not to have was right there and ready. They need an attitude adjustment
Great team behind the counter!! Kids were on it 100 percent. The 2 managers in black shirts were not. The one sorta working the counter was slow and rude to the workers and the customers. Then another black shirt manager came out with a clip board and I asked him if there were any napkins. He stated that I needed to "yell" at the staff in back (working like clockwork) to get what I needed. I stated (very assertive) I don't yell at people, but I will yell at you.I'm not proud of my behavior.Haven't been to a McDonald's in 8 or so years but come on.You have the best workers.Get some GREAT MANAGEMENT!
Like nearly every McDonald's in this area, the McCafe machine seems to be out of service more than it is working. I rarely get to receive a hot latte (though I order one every time) and they couldn't even make a frappe instead. This seems to be an epidemic with the McD's in this area. They need to either start serving their full menu, or remove them from it.
Just wow!!! Unbelievable!! Ghetto isn't even a strong enough word. Where's management or the owner? All these negative reviews saying the same things. I'm assuming they're scared they're going to get beat up if they try to fix the issue. ?
We arrived at 10:40pm after ordering food using the app to find several cars waiting in the drivethru. After a few minutes, a car in line leaves, then another, then another. As the clock approaches 11pm (closing time), we finally get to the order speaker to find no one working, drive up the pay window, knock... no one to be found, drive up to the pickup window... ghost town. From at least 10:40pm to close (11pm) not a single employee on the speaker or to be seen anywhere. Me, along with at least 10 other cars, left in the dark as to what was going on. If you're closing early or have some issue, put up a sign or communicate this to your customers. Completely unacceptable.
It took 20 Minutes just to order my food, then I had to Wait in the reserve drive threw parking space for another 45 minutes. This is Rediculas.I say if you do not have enough help close down untill you are able to have the proper help you need and then re-open back up.I will never come back here again.
McDonald's always is our options when we is traveling. The fried and Mc chicken are our favorites.The services is fast.
