Great experience friendly staff
Went for lunch with a large group. Service and food was excellent!! Our server Melissa was top notch and very attentive. I’ll be back to try something different. The views are beautiful. You won’t be disappointed ?
I came all the way from Indiantown to see my fave bartender and great friend, Mags. FANTASTIC SHE IS AS ALWAYS. Its such an outstanding place with an amazing view. Had steamers and FANTASTIC eggplant stacker. And the guy playing music awesome. What a great after work wind down and breathe.
They "dropped" our reservation We did not received our orders right Service very very very long Bill was all mixed up and doubled charged (4 persons - 2 bills) Not even a word of apology knowing it was all wrong !!!
We were so disappointed with our experience at Manatee Island. All aspects of our fell so short. First, the host dialed the wrong number when our table was ready. We were very thankful that he did approach me and verified that our table was ready. Secondly, our server was either very busy or just in a hurry. After we received our beverages and ordered our meal, we rarely saw her. I had to flag her down in order to get another beverage. Our meals were so underwhelming and overpriced. My mashed potatoes and vegetables (zucchini and summer squash) were cold. The seafood paella contained very little seafood and sauce had a strong tomato base. Unfortunately, even the chowder was done poorly. The chicken base overpowered any clam flavor. The only member of the staff that actually smiled and was friendly was the food runner. We will not return.
First time to Manatees Ft Pierce and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest restaurant with amazing views.The drinks were FIRE!! The service we received from Nicole, the server was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. She made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Our first visit for lunch was today. We were greeted promptly and seated, the lunch hour peak had just ended. We both ordered the “lunch specials”. Grilled Salmon with rice and squash. Fish tacos served with rice and beans. Both were lunch size portions, which was more than enough. Our server was attentive. We enjoyed our water view while eating. It was very reasonable for lunch pricing. Drinks at $4 each seemed a bit expensive. We tipped appropriately. And we will return on a future visit.
We stopped for drinks and lunch on a Saturday. We were seated next to the window with a view of the ocean. The menu had some different selections that I had not tried before. One of those was the crab stuffed soft pretzel. This was delicious! There were two soft pretzels stuffed with crab and baked. SO GOOD!
We had strictly appetizers. The boneless wings were awesome. The pizza Flatbread was not very appealing. The live music was awesome.
We brought family members from Alaska to Manatee Island for a good dinner with a nice view. We enjoy Happy Hour here, so we figured the dinner would be equally good. Well, the view was great, the dinner - not so much. We were a table of 5, arriving at 5:30. The outside tables were full so we sat inside. April was our server and she did a great job. Just a few observations on the dinner. 1) We had the Calamari for an appetizer. It was awful. Little, hard nuggets that tasted like they came right from a bag of commercial frozen calamari into the deep fryer. Avoid these things. 2) My son-in-law ordered the hamburger - well done. Not my style, but he likes it that way. When it finally arrived it was Medium with some red in the center. Since most of us were nearing the end of dinner, he just sent it back and we were comped. 3) My wife had the Eggplant appetizer. This is usually a good choice, but this time the bottom was burnt, so she just ate the top part. 4) My daughter and I had Mahi Tacos. They were the worst that I've ever had. One big piece of fish placed on a little cabbage inside the taco with a little sauce. No imagination or flavor added to this entree. Very disappointed. My daughter also had the Mussels Margarita which according to her, were "just okay". 5) The only good entree was the Stuff Shrimp Dinner that my granddaughter ordered. Overall, the dinner was a disappointment and an embarrassment. For now on, we'll come here for Happy Hour and somewhere else for dinners.
