I stop by from time to time to pick up pizza ? slices. So yummy ?This week, on Monday I stopped by to ask about Bruschetta. Not on the menu. Loutina's was very accommodating to reserve my order for Wednesday. There it was, Bruschetta, the aroma delicious. And at the fellowship everyone raved, about the Bruschetta. And, so did I.Thank you Loutina's ?❤️?
So within 70 hours we placed 2 orders and Friday night our order never got made, then Sunday evening we placed the same order and waited 45 minutes as instructed and they still never called us, and never made the order. The manager after 15 minutes came up with a 50% discount and we were still subjected to a 45 minute wait.We are locals within a 1/2 mile of them and I declined after this atrocious offer. It’s so obvious that their owners have absolutely no control or knowledge of this horrendous mismanagement are customer service.My name is Dean.
Stromboli wasn't what I remembered it was Luke warm cheese barely melted. I went to the bathroom and the back of the house was filthy. They made it right so I'm trying again. The 1st time I came from Oklahoma I had the Stromboli and it was amazing that is why I had to go again while I'm here in Florida from Iowa this time.
Absolutely fantastic place for the prices, tomato sauce is just the right balance of sweet and tangy (I'm super picky about pizza sauce) great lunchtime deals, great service ???
In May, when my adult kids came to visit, I ordered ahead so they could PU while coming to my house! Pizza, wings, Antipasta was awesome! So, yesterday, had a craving, went for the Meatball sub, and salad! Fresh, delicious !! Highly recommend, one of my go-to places for sure!
I ate there twice. Had lasagna the first time and pizza the second. Both were very good service was very good and the wait time for the food wasn't too bad. Recommended for people who like Italian food

Food is always wonderful but you will ALWAYS wait more than an hour for ANYTHING you order, regardless of ordering for pickup or delivery.

Of course it's even great when delivered with a smile! I Love this place I been going here for many many years. No delivery charge and will help you with whatever you need. They really care about their customers, treat just like family! The Stromboli is totally Awesome! The Stromboli is stuffed end to end No mass of dough at ends or anywhere it's all stuffed full with the food as you like it. Request what you want put in. They will accommodate you. Awesome it is! Call them you will Love them too!
