Quite possibly the worst KFC I’ve been to. I gave them 3 visits before posting this review. The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible.1st visit was about a 10 minute wait for food that was already prepared sitting in the trays as I listened to an.employee on her phone complaining about a manager that was late or didn’t come in2nd visit I ordered 2 meals to go. One of which never made it into the bag somehow after I watched her make it. I didn’t see this until 2 in the morning when I went warm it up.3rd visit I ordered a 3 pc and 5pc Nashville hot combo but the cashier was was in her own world and rang up a reg 3pc combo. At this point I simply took it because after 3 visits that were terrible, it wasn’t worth trying to get it corrected.This store needs some serious attention on the customer care side.
I was in drive-thru with no one in front of me and two customers inside the restaurant. I ordered the eight piece family meal for chicken with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw. I was told to pull over and Park and had to wait 9 minutes before my food was brought out to me. Because we were staying in the hotel next door it took me less than 90 seconds to get to my room. The chicken was cold, it tasted like it's been sitting there for hours, the mac and cheese was dry cold and looked like it was scraped off the bottom of the pan. The mashed potatoes were runny but the gravy was hot. The biscuits tasted old and doughy. We have visited that KFC before and had no problems. But the last two visits were atrocious. The place is dirty never a smile on anybody working and the food tastes like nobody cares. I will no longer be utilizing this restaurant for anything. Don't bother going there for anything. It's a waste of money
Great staff and customer service however the long john fish always two greasy and hard so I always have to ask for fresh cook fish.
Wow best fresh chicken sandwich i ever ad, definitely recommend this place!!!Amazing staff and fast service, we just randomly stop by and was amazingly surprised by this fast food restaurant.The employees works with their hearts and we can feel it in theirs service and food.They bring back what KFC use to be back in the time. Go go go eat there.Definitely worth the detour!!!!Thank you
They were out of Fish so I ordered Chicken and it was burnt to a crisp and they had no sweetener for my tea. I travel a lot and this one is the worst.
Went to Long John silver's at a two-piece fish extra coleslaw was $10
Employees are Very Nice is a bit cold but just take a sweater
This location is a Long John Silvers as well...had 2 piece fish meal, fish was crispy, fries were fresh, hushpuppies were fried perfectly!! Good job!!
Greasy, dry chicken. Cold fries. Forgot the Cole slaw in my order. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD!
