I ordered the giant size ham on a bunch. It was so very small. Also the smaller but still would of been enough ham portion was a tad over cooked, so there for it was also dry enough to choke you if you took too big of a bit! I have to say I was very disappointed and felt let down. The part of town I live in does not have a Hardee's! So I feel like it's a treat when I'm near one at lunch time! I can only hope my next visit to Hardee's will be much better? I'm not ready to give them up. I enjoyed so many more great meals there then a few minor poor ones . We love their wide menu among all the other well put together serves it take to run a great and popular fast food joint.
This morning's (8am) ham biscuit was pitiful! One thin slice of ham so dry my dog could hardly chew it. Was expecting their soft, sweet ham. So disappointed. Biscuit was tasty but dry as heck. Thankfully the taters were deLISH! What's happened Hardee's?? ?
I live in Vero so only get to go by there when working in ft Pierce. Can't believe there aren't more like where I come from in Virginia. If your gonna have a guilty pleasure , do it right like Hardee's does. Great service and food. It may be wrong in some way to say this but I'm gonna anyway. Most of the women there are African Americans....and man they treat this white boy so good I feel like family. Hospitality doesn't say enough. Thanks girls. Keep on helping me out on the pounds lol. It's just so damn good!

I was greeted by staff. Cashier was very good and knowledgeable. Cashier was cleaning table area when I walked in and rushed to counter to help me. Food was fresh. Good overall experience.
Just went through Hardee's drive through the cashier Diamoniqe was very professional. Honestly the best drive through experience I've had in a long time. She was polite and very professional.
Wish there was one closer in South Florida if you are a Hardee's owner please bring one closer towards the Broward county area thank you very much Love this place Great food great service great everything totally recommend
I live close to this location and wish they would hire more competent employees or celebrate the ones who are so they would stay. Examples of issues include major order omissions almost every visit, employees who are clueless what forms of payment they accept (tap pay? Google pay? Apple pay? Cambodian Reil? Lol jk on Cambodian currency), a raw (like frozen center) chicken sandwich, etc. When the food is good and the order is right it is pretty delightful and the employees are almost always good spirited even though they seem like they could use a lot more knowledge/job related training in general. Where the issues stem from isn't my place to figure out but I hope they do get it right eventually because I would hate to see the business be replaced.
Let’s be honest… Customer service isn’t the greatest lately due to lack of employee engagement, lack of employees, Covid restrictions, etc… but today was just the opposite. Had to stop and get gas and decided to grab something to eat while I was stopped. I walked through the door with approximately 9 other customers at the same time and I was towards the end. I assumed it was going to be the usual service we all come to expect as of late. Wow… I was so wrong! The young ladies in the back put everyone at ease immediately and the positive vibes coming from them was refreshing! The customer service was above and beyond to all. Fast service, great attitudes and actually great food all in the same trip. Thank you for making a bad day turn around and be a great day.
I was not able to eat at Carl's Jr for years now, I drove 1 hour and 30 min back and forth to get a Western Bacon and it did not dissapointed. Too bad there aren't many in South Florida.Delicious!!
