Goood service and donuts …. Breakfast always delicious tooo!
Nicole is absolutely wonderful. When they can keep help, this store is absolutely top. When is just her, which happens often, she still makes your day a little better than it was. And that makes it worth being their customer.
Variable. The drive through was closed for few days. There is one inside table, DD is ok but nothing special. Prices have increased.Ok for quick meal
Although they are experiencing staffing issues (just like everyone else) they try their hardest to adapt and move staff from other locations or switch other employees from different shifts to accommodate their customers. The owners need to offer more money to get more employees or shut down. You can’t run a business by constantly shutting the lobby. If a problem like this persists for months on end, it’s on the owner to fix it. He or she should lose the franchise
Service could be faster, talk about slow as molasses! Man, coffee is getting expensive these days!Also, staff is slow and non-caring.
Its Dunkin,the days of fresh donuts are over.These dry glazeless,donuts are trucked in overnight and they taste like it.
This place is horrible! They get your order wrong and don't even change it...bad customer service! They stop cooking food mid morning so you can't even order a bagel. Not even worth the wait it takes them to get your order. Place needs a change of attitude!
