I went to the drive through today where i was handed the wrong drink, when i told the young lady working she got frustrated and told me that she was going to have someone else speak to me because she was not having it today and walked away from the window i could hear her yelling from inside about how i didn’t want her to make my drink… regardless as a customer i do not understand why i deserve to be treated like this because i told the girl that she didn’t give me the right drink and i will be speaking to the manager about this when i get the chance
99% of the dunkin stores are great... in that occasion wasn't different...
This location is always busy. They got 3 stars for always burning my snacking bacon. They do not know how to make it right. My drinks are usually make correctly at this location. Staff not that friendly at this location.
Love this place come here every morning they know me by my voice they know exactly what I want don't even have to tell them. Everybody is friendly on the morning crew and always have what I want
Do not waste your time or money. Worst customer service ever. The place is dirty, and no one wears a mask or gloves at all. Just GROSS!!

Every time I go to this Dunkin on Orange Ave, there is an unprofessional rude lady in the drive-thru. When you order she always cut you off while your ordering. My coffee is always wrong and I will never go back to this location and if I were you I wouldn't eat from this location. Alot of the staff look like they just rolled out of bed a went to work and their fingernails are so dirty with no gloves on. This is the most rude and nasty place. This location should be closed or they need to get all new staff.. Why have a service job if you attitude is horrible and your not clean. Mr. Duke you need yo renew everything about your store.
