These people can not get your order right and then they refuse to fix there screw up I'll never go back here
This isn't my favorite dunkin , they did however redeem them selves yesterday , the stores smiling crew them ladies had a better plan , not sure what went down last time i was up there , we all have bad days .. The dunkin redeemers crew .. 100/100
Coffee is good. Food is gross. The line is on the slower side but it moves when going through drive thru.
Broo DONT COME HERE ? they will ruin ur whole morning every single time it’s a waste of money n time to where u might as well eat at home or go to Wawa across the street, Avocado toast or bagel is always always burnt, hash browns soggy and microwaved and coffee is 9/10 most likely to be made wrong even the simplest ice coffee or macchiatos? pls save ur self from this location the ppl in the window are sometimes nice but the morning staff really don’t care about what goes inside ur body w the way they care for the food being made.Go to the new Dunkin on prima vista n us1, they’re always on point
This has happened to me not once but multiple times, they never do any orders right even when told the instructions they mess up the order. Takes forever to give you your food with all wrong food. I don’t know who hired the staff but the manager needs to look into them and see what they’re doing. Highly disappointed!
This place just needs better employees. Gone way down hill over the last year. Way too long of a wait for a drink that’s not made right.
Every time i visit this Dunkin's it's always clean and the staff is always nice. Even when it's busy you still get in and out pretty fast
A busy Dunkin - that just confirms that it's a good one! We did an online app order. They got most of it correct and quickly fixed what was incorrect with a smile and an apology. It was very busy with multiple employees working on orders when we stopped so understandable how that could have happened.
I enjoyed the coffee and the variety of bagels, plus i like to linger a bit to check people coming and going.
This has to be thee slowest Dunkin in the world and yes I meant thee. Dunkin really needs to do better. They’re getting worse by the day
