The food is good here the price is good here the service is good here in the atmosphere is good here. The only problem is they charge you a 4% certain tax for supply chain problems and they don’t tell you about it up front. I don’t like surprise fees.
Absolutely amazing fresh food, , great location, great music and great service!! We stopped here unexpectedly, just googling restaurants near me during our travels. Now we are going to stop every time we pass through town! Highly recommended.

Went for early dinner and sat outside by the marina. Let server know we’d like to order everything at once since our son as an “expiration date” in terms of sitting still through a meal. The server had everything to us in less than 10 minutes! I was surprised how fast the food came and everything was perfect. I ordered the Cuban (pictured below) with Coconut Shrimp. My wife had calamari and shrimp tacos. Our son had a cheese quesadilla.I don’t understand the other negative reviews about food quality and service - both were exceptional. Then I saw a woman sitting next to us complaining about some minor mistake with her order and treating the wait staff like trash, so with that context, I would just ignore the negative reviews that have been posted here. My wife and I have fairly high standards and this place was great, can’t wait to go back - maybe next time with our boat!
The ahi nachos were hands down the best take on nachos I've ever had. I'd rather have them than regular nachos.The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Everything is clean and all the servers were very friendly. If I lived here it would be a regular go to.The pesto salmon is also amazing
The service was excellent, drinks and food both came out fast. Atmosphere was...well just go there yourself and you'll see what I mean. Cobb's Landing is definitely a go to!
Food was delish! I ordered the snapper and it was fresh and tasty! Hubby had the Basil pesto Salmon and it was to die for!
Friendly service and a great atmosphere. The food selection was great and I had a tough time deciding what to order. The Shrimp and Grits were delicious but thin; However, this didn't stop me from licking the bowl...
Had great expectations based on previous reviews but came away sorely disappointed. Highlights were the Mary Jane Oyster shots, the delightful breeze and our friendly server. Initial serving of Fried shrimp and French fries were cold and soggy. Our server happily replaced them for freshly made. The new shrimp batter although crispy lacked any flavor. The seafood stew was extremely fishy & tased old. The Caesar salad was wilted... not a hint of crispy romaine to be found and was accompanied by stale croutons. On the plus side the caesar dressing was quite good. We won't go back.
Had the potato chip crusted Mahi mahi. Very good, a little salty. Enjoyed sitting outside next to the marina. I would go back. Parking was quite full, but we circled both nearby lots and found a spot. Walked along the market and waterfront after lunch. Enjoyed our day downtown.
