Really bad service. I told them what u ordered twice and still got my order wrong. Worst service I’ve ever had!!
Worst checkers I've been to yet. It seems as though everytime I have tried (I say try because there has been 2 times I haven't got service and just got sick of sitting and waiting on someone to take an order.) The employees here are the worst, they have a nasty attitudes and are flat out rude. I have decided that my family and friends will no longer bother with checkers again.Advice, go to Burger King across the street they are amazing and at least get the food right with a friendly attitude.
Terrible service, the drive through doesn't allow you to speak to a real person, it's an automated system. They messed up the entire order and double charged us. Never going back
Not good. Bad customer service and food taste like it was fried in old grease. My sprite was disgusting
Went the other day through drive through and we got the fries and chicken nuggets. So so sooo dried out it was ridiculous not sure why employee would even let that go out. Like it sat for hours and dried out.
Quality of food and drinks was not good. The girl was going to send us off without our burgers. Didn't like robot taking our order, it took to long. Will not be back.
The only good thing about this place was that the food was not cold. Other than that, the spicy chicken was extremely salty, the fries were over seasoned and not fresh/crispy. The sodas had more ice than soda but I think that is because of the blocks of ice they use. My husband said the chilli dogs were aight but overall would not recommend the food from here. Go to Wendys around the corner, spectacular quality fast food there!
I love the fries, but I didn't like the cheese burger. Too much bread not enough onions or tomatoes.
went today and got two of the chicken bites and fries boxes. the chicken was old and ROCK hard. like it has been sitting for hours. completely disappointed I spent $9 on something I couldn't feed my toddlers.
I went here for a late meal on 5/5/22. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 fish fillets with cheese. No cheese was put on either sandwhich. The first one was overcooked, but I can't believe someone thought it was okay to serve someone a completely burnt all the way through fish sandwhich and make them pay for it. Whoever cooked this should be ashamed of themself and should not be tasked with preparing food. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Smh.
