The customer service is horrible. The employee's are definitely not happy to be working at the facility. The food is just slopped together. They need customer service training.

I work there and had two days of training as a manager and was promised to be paid 1350 was only paid $11 an hour always on time to work very hard worker kept everything clean and they screwed me on my pay do not recommend

Drove up and asked an employee sitting outside if they were still open. She said, \\\"the lights are on sir.\\\" Anyway, the woman at the drive through was pleasant and made sure we had everything we ordered.

Bruh. Within the 25 minutes I waited for my food at the counter (with no one in front of me) I watched the two or three cooks literally just walk back and forth looking around as if utterly lost in a desert, and the tall manager woman curse and scream profanities but refusing to help. There were 10 cars in the drive thru not going anywhere for 20 minutes, and when a guy asked for his money back (which he very much deserved) she proceeded to curse, disrespect and berate the man, before refusing his refund bc she never gave them a receipt. Smh horrible at best.

Everyone there spoke and were nice to us. Great very professional and very fast getting food to you. Recommend this place if you need a quick bite to eat. We got the 2 for $10.00 2 small drinks 2 small fries and burger and chicken sandwiches.Thank you all that work there you did a awesome job

The person in the drive thru 4/10/22 between 8:10pm-8:20pm ? horrible services, the person sounded like he/she didn't want to be there, just bad for business. I hope that person wasn't the manager, if so smh ??‍♂️

Probably the worst BK I have ever been to honestly...it was peak lunch time and horrid food. Greasy and awful.

I visited this restaurant about 4 days ago and attempted to use the Burger King mobile app to place my order after struggling with the app and kept on receiving error messages about my payment and the unavailability of food items I decided to physically go in and place my order. When I walk in the restaurant was completely empty except for staff workers.I immediately moved forward to the counter to place my order there was a rather stocky gentleman in a red crew members t-shirt there to take my order however rather than acknowledging me he continued to do what he was doing with just to play around with the radio trying to pick up a radio station and did that for about 2 to 3 minutes before actually looking up to acknowledge me.Once I was acknowledged I asked the gentleman if he could assist me with placing an order on the app and I was informed that this particular restaurant does not participate in Mobile orders but for some reason they were still listed on the app I asked if there's any restaurants around the area that do participate immobile orders but I was told that he was unaware I said is there a manager that could possibly help me with the app and I was informed that the manager has no information about the app as well....Disappointed in the quality service we decided to leave but as we were leaving we noticed that some of the specials and deals that we were trying to acquire on the app were also available at the restaurant so we place an order through the drive-thru and specifically ask for four separate bags because it was four separate individuals when I reiterated that I needed four separate bags her response was but wouldn't you like it in just two bags only I said no ma'am can you please put it in four Shepherd bags I look off disgust came across her face as she angrily turned away to repackage my food. Very poor service towards a paying customer.

I never do this but this time I have too. Employees if you don't want to work dont do it, I hate to ask for something and when I get home is old cold and not what I order, and I didn't check the order because there was a line and I don't know why because when I got there it was empty, honestly a very bad experience. Owners watch for your business.
