This location is off the highway so it was an easy choice because it meant we would be able to get right back on and continue with our trip. The service was amazing, the girls that were on this shift were friendly and when my order wasn't complete they did not hesitate to make it right. Now the food itself, the bread for the chicken sandwich was stale and a bit on the hard side BUT the fries were hot and fresh. After leaving the restaurant, I realized that they did not give me my 2 hershey pies that I had ordered. The upkeep of the restaurant could have been better as I saw some dead flies laying around.
Nice staff but place was really dirty. Mens urinal broken. Croissant sandwich put at bottom of bag and smashed flat by other stuff.
Ordering app was screwed up for completing and paying, and inconsistent with options. Breakfast croissant sandwiches were terrible. Eggs were actually cold and not extra as ordered. Sausage was old and crusty like freezer burned, and not hot either. Croissant was stale. By far, the worst ever sandwiches. At least the server was helpful. Do yourself a favor, buy frozen and pop in the microwave or go elsewhere. My first buy at Burger King in a long time, probably my last time
Of all my reviews, this is the first sub-par that I must report. I used the drive through and found it lacking. My order was incomplete and coffee was ice cold (I ordered hot coffee). I would have returned but I was on a long tiresome trip. Will not stop here on the way back.
And I always love the flavors of Burger King, it's a very nice place and I do appreciate the fact that they can administer the flavors you want but the last time I went it was not that great of an experience.
AWFUL! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars.I don't eat BK but I only go there because of my 80 yr old mother, she likes these burgers once in a while and I keep forgetting that I hate this location until I am actually there and these workers never fail to remind me why I prefer to go to the location all the way down on US 1 when my mother has these cravings.I hope the owner or Corp reads these reviews and do something, they have the most rude people working there and the place is always dirty and they make you wait for a long time at the drive thru and they barely have customers inside or outside.One time, I complained about the unnecessary long wait and the girl working at the window told me "if you don't like it, leave" so I took her advise, today I made the mistake to go there again and nothing has changed from months ago, rude workers and a dirty place. The attitude these workers have is like if you are going there to get stuff for free.
Long long wait through the drive through and the people were abrupt. Not necessarily rude, just very abrupt. They were busy I guess, and didn't have time for niceties. Food was correct and fresh.
I hate this being the closest BK. They are always slow. And always play beat the clock. Taking 1 drive thru order at a time. I was told "We are closing. We onlŷ have 2 things to order". Far from my time working at fast food. When you had to make all menu items until closing. BK You earned this 1.
Nor the best - didn't know you served Vodca but it was on the tables.. the toilets were disgusting and in the ladies there was someone having a strip wash .the mens was not functional. It would have helped if there were paper towels. And finally they gave us the wrong burgers and refused to take them back. Tomato catchup took 10minutes to arrive. If I was you don't go there!!!!!
Lots of staff turnovers. Mistake with your order is not uncommon. The wait can be very long sometimes. The people who work there do the best they can. It just seems they are always short staff. Hope it improves.
