Loved that their shake machine was working only took 45 miles to find one lol. Service was a little slow even though not many customers were there
I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to put 0 stars. After traveling for many hours on the road we stopped here to get a chocolate milkshake. Staff very unprofessional acted like I wasn't even at the counter then I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the employee who took my order told somebody else to fix it and they replied they weren't fixing nothing then the employee who took my order fixed the milkshake which most definitely was not chocolate I took it back in and told her she said it just wasn't dark in color but then fixed another which was the exact same and then as she was handing it to me Said she was ready to go on her break the milkshake still was not chocolate and just like the one before. At this point I had already wasted my time and money as I won't drink this as it is not what I ordered. I would put the info off of my receipt but I wasn't given a receipt either. I should've went somewhere else.???
The place was filthy and food tasted horrible. Trashed more than we ate.
Stopped in for breakfast while traveling. This was my first Arby's breakfast and it won't be the last. The staff were polite even though clearly understaffed like so many places at this time.
The staff was nice but after I placed my order and the order was ready they didn't know if I had ordered just the gyro or the whole meal. The fries were a mix of regular fries, curly fries and little burned pieces. The gyro was a little small and could have been better prepared. There is no apple/Android pay option. The gyro roast beef combo was $10.90. Overall I had an ok experience in this Arby's.
Roast beef was dry and old looking, buffalo chicken wings were hard and drowned in sauce to try to make soft again I'm guessing and they didn't give me the fries that come with it. The fries in the kids meal were the bottom of the batch hard and the apple juice was disgusting. Waste of $30!!
I've ordered a double beef with cheddar (not beef n cheddar) from dozens of Arby's. One out of 100 gets it right. This one is definitely it. Also, one of the fastest services I've ever had at an Arby's
Three of my debit cards were declined that should have balances on them but the lady gave me a large cup and told me I could get some free water so that was nice
Fast ordering at the drive thru...friendly personnel...food prepared quickly and as ordered...French fries could have been hotter otherwise everything was tasty.
Menu was hidden had to settle for what was visible! Screens where off. Worker had an attitude lol never been to Arby's so I can to settle for the corner of the menu.
