Double check your receipt if you using a credit card before and after you pay. I remember the young lady behind the bar thought I was busy talking and felt I wouldn't notice she tried to do a fast one on me, I thre it in the trash but I can get it for you and I say yes I want my receipt but charge my card to someone else meal who was at the bar. The manager was about to get an attitude but I pull up the bill on my phone. This happen a few years ago but she still works there. The other employee and Manger or great.Very clean place to eat and take children.
I have been a DM for a chain of restaurants 6+ yrs. This Applebees had the worst service I've ever witnessed. We only received 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered... And after waiting OVER AN HOUR we only received 2 of our meals... When my little granddaughter's corn dog FINALLY did arrive it was still FROZEN. (ICE INSIDE)...When we tried to talk to the manager Joey. He just kicked us out.
Gianna our Server was excellent, made us feel welcomed and was able to answer all our questions. She was quick getting our food out and on top of our requests.We enjoyed th 2 for $24 menu items and found the chicken salad very good.
Horrible service. Went for a birthday was served liquor with no dressing, a hot margarita. 20 min later we see the table next to us being served much better drinks. When i asked rhe waiter why our service so so bad he said he would speak to the manager about our experience and then he avoided us for the rest of the night. Safe to say ill never be going back
We stopped in at 11:00 a.m. for lunch. We were greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman. The waitress Star is an amazing server very funny very polite very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious . I would definitely suggest this restaurant.
Waitress was very pleasant, attentive and professional. Always with a smile on her face.

Ordered steaks well done they were almost rare.plate was full of blood from meat. Fried were cold and look like they had been sitting for a while. Will not eat here again. Manager came by table and took $10 off meal. Really ?
Arrived at 6:40 watched 3 other tables getting seated and served while my and my family waited patiently. It wasnt twll 7:10 when we got up to leave when 1 of the 3 employees waiting around the hostess stand asked if we had been attended to. It was shocking I would give zero stars if it was an option qould never visit again
It totally sucked there. The waitress dropped soda on my son then even the food can't my son's didn't come for 5 mins. Then I found 2 pieces of hair in my food which is disgusting. I didn't have time to get another one because my family was almost done eating. My 3 boys and I asked for more drinks and never got them. The only thing they did was say sorry nothing else. How can an establishment treat people like that? Never going there again.
