I just left this location after ordering online. Took me 10 minutes to get there which is how long I was expected to wait anyways. Even if I waited longer I still wouldn’t mind because I understand there’s other people in line.All I know is whoever was on the speakerphone taking orders as well as the window and who brought my food out are very unprofessional.No customer service skills whatsoever.I asked questions and was ignored at the window and was just told to pull up , after receiving my food I said thank you loudly and clearly and have a great night and was totally ignored !!! I work in retail as a captain. It does easy as two words to say you’re welcome or you too!!!! Communication was at a zero. They just plain didn’t wanna be there and it truly showed. I have not ate the food yet but I will surely let you know his it was.Food was great no complaints about that.
We received the wrong order! Chicken wings were very dry and cold. Chicken fingers not so tasty as they used to be. Customer service wasn’t so good. Don’t recommend it.
This was my first time and I was impressed. The chicken was good (and hot), fries hot and the machine that allows you to make different combos of soda.Above all the service was good and the place was clean.
The service was terrible. For lunch time you need people with experience! The portions have shrunk and prices gone up!
Food is always good. The staff could use some training though in manners. Not very welcoming there which is why I don't go often.
I ordered a kickin chicken after waiting in the rain for 10 minutes, to receive this mess. A soaked piece of bread with sauce that got everywhere I orded a meal and didn't even receive fries. Never again.
Horrible experience as this location has gone downhill. I watched an employee argue with a customer in the lobby while the manager did nothing. Long wait for the food and it wasn't hot/fresh. Drink machine was also down which they were aware of but had no signs up letting guests know.
Horrible service , did a mobile order and waited 20 min had to walk out it wasn’t ready and the workers in front very rude !! I do not recommend going to this place , Gulf coast has way way better service than this place. There’s need to be change of management in this facility
Disrespectful. generally appalled by the attitude and ungratefulness. I avidly eat at Zaxby's. I know what the plates and the portion should look like I know the extra fry comes in a box by itself.thanks y'all
this is the slowest fast food i've ever experienced. it's not because of a staffing shortage. it's because of laziness and ill-training. the owner of this location just makes excuses. excuses don't bring back customers.
