Ordered 6 extra sauces and didn’t receive any, didn’t receive a straw in my order. How do you forget 6 sauces bruh. Lady with red hair had an attitude as well. Now I have to eat this without any dipping sauce ?
Ordered my meal, was told they just ran out of Dr Pepper. Wanted the mushrooms, told they don’t have them anymore..it needs to come off the menu then.Got up to pay, the girl was rude, didn’t even offer me my receipt, just told me to pull up to the curb.I get it, you don’t get paid enough.
I am not the type of person to leave reviews on Google ever but I just went to this Zaxby's at 10:15 P.M. thinking it was open until 11 P.M. as the website says. I pull up to the drive thru and sit there for a solid minute saying hello and waiting for a response. Ultimately didn't hear anyone, so I went to leave thinking they were closed and passed by the drive thru window to see 4-5 guys in there talking doing nothing smiling and giggling. So I go back around thinking maybe now that they saw me, they would take my order. Go back around and say hello patiently waiting for a response, say it again and I hear them go on the mic and start laughing on the other side. I drive off upset and embarrassed to see they had shut the lights off. Will never go back and give my business to them moving forward.
The worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. They close an hour early and the girl with the long red hair is rude every single time I’m there. I pulled up at the window and none of them even came to tell me they close early. The red haired girl gave me a weird look and motioned me to wait a second and never came back and another worker came up and locked the window while the manager just stood there and rolled her eyes. The red haired girl stared at me as I was pulling away and followed my car around staring out the window. An overall bad experience which is a shame because they have great food and open later than most places around here. I don’t know what they changed in the last few weeks but they need more pleasant employees or that place is going in the gutter.
Worst location. Come if you want food poisoning. You'll either get undercooked or microwaved chicken. Lazy and trash location.

Came here for dinner and got the chicken niblerz. had to come back in because the buns were hard as a rock. lady who grabbed it told the cook “the buns are evidently too hard so remake it” and then went to go talk to the other three girls in the corner.disgusting food and workers show no responsibility or customer service.won’t be back
Ordered through the website on line have message to confirm this went to pick up order was told we have no boneless wings yet you confirm my order by credit card then I asked to make sure my son got a credit on my card and he was told that I ordered through a 3rd party and could not get a credit so got no food and it cost me 17.56 amazing ace
I like Zaxby's a whole..this location is not up to par.The last 3x I've stopped there something was not good.Today they put salad mix on my sandwich..ya I had cabbage and carrots on my chicken sandwich.
