We didn't end up purchasing anything. We drove quite a distance to get to the location because the website shows flavors that include several different no sugar added options, namely chocolate, vanilla, and old-fashioned vanilla; we do not like strawberry. We planned it as a little mid-month outing for the weekend and planned to sit for a while and talk and enjoy. When we arrived we found out this location only had no sugar added strawberry. There was nothing on the website that indicated flavors vary based upon location. Also, there was no place to sit, and there were toppings on the floor, and we saw a customer pick up one of the cups that you put your self-serve yogurt in and then put it back on top of the pile because she changed her mind. I didn't think that was real sanitary. If I had seen that I would have left without a purchase even if they had the other no sugar added yogurts that we went for.
Terrible customer service. The cashier completely lost his cool after stating he was watching the camera and saw me tasting the yogurt that I had dispensed into my cup before I paid. The customer service at this location was horrible and intimidating. Never going back again.
One of the best places to go if you're craving a frozen treat! Staff is very friendly and the experience is kept very safe, as you now use gloves to get your froyo and toppings. Love coming here!
We got to the location in Edison mall in Fort Myers door was locked at 6:25 website says they close at 7. Girl inside signaled that they’re closed. Strange. I called on the phone she picked up and hung up twice. I wouldn’t return there.
They did away with fresh fruit! No strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas etc. Only cheap toppings like peanut butter cups, fake fruit, brownies.. When customers are paying a small fortune for a cup of ice cream they expect good quality. This is not good business practice.

Rude manager, if you want to try more than 2 flavors they immediately become rude and may or may not give you another sample cup. Manager states its due to theft in which I told him I wasnt wanting to steal anything simply make sure that I would like their version of Cookies and Creme at which point he hesitated in allowing me try a third flavor. Save yourself the humiliation and go to Menchies where they leave the sample cups available to all. Of course I am sure that some people take advantage but everyone shouldn't be treated as if they are attempting to steal. Deal with the individuals on a case by case basis.
