Rip off place! You order one thing (beer) a get charged for another one at a much higher price. When you complain, the manager tells you there's a difference in flavor, so one should know (as a foreigner having asked the waiter for a recommendation). Ordered nachos with add on chicken. Charged twice for the extra (that's just the way they do it, so she told me). I know my ways in the US for 30+ years. This never happened.... it sucks!!!
Burger was awesome and great beer selection... ***update... went in tonight 4/2 and the oncoming bartender acted like she owned the place... the manager made things right for us so I rechanged my review. Because she was so nice... I think she said her named Dakota.
First time visiting, great beer selection, this particular night was rough as they were so short staffed. Our server Chavon did her absolute best with what she had. Food was good, despite everything coming out at different times.
Food is good, but don't come if you have a schedule of any kind to follow. First visit Food took an hour to come out. Second visit tonight. Food ticket was "mangled in the kitchen"... took 2 hours to get our food. Luckily we had ordered appetizers, or things could have been bad with hangry kids. Always understaffed. Server was apologetic, manager gave a bill discount.
You guys don't know what garlic parm with Buffalo, is instead I got Publix, wings I was better of going to publix. Can't get good food anymore ?
Wow, have been here several times and everything was usually good, today a total train wreck, two servers a guy and gal, gal seemed less than happy to be there and the guy seemed new and needed training. Let him know we were kind of in a tight time spot so could he take our drinks and food together which he had no problem doing as there were only a few tables with people there. My wife orders shrimp tacos and I order french onion soup and the Philly cheesesteak, he comes back and tells me they are out of both! Ok I quickly order a chicken sandwich... 25 min later still no food...finally it arrives and look and I see that the chicken is so small it covers less than 1/2 the bun! Fries were soft and oily,,,wifes shrimp taco still had the shells on the tails that she had to pick through...never saw a manager or anyone in charge here today...very sad experience...
We eat at this restaurant all the time and I know servers are in short supply but surely people can be hired who aren’t afraid to talk to customers. We arrived well before karaoke started and the place was pretty empty. We put in an appetizer order as well as a good order. We received our appetizer in a timely manner. Then everything went to h#[[. Our waitress had to be tracked down to get refills of tea, she never provided us with utensils and we waited and waited and waited for our food. Finally she reappeared and told me that they were out of what I had ordered - an hour ago. My friends’ food was ready and was allowed to sit and get cold while they waited for my new order to be prepared. I couldn’t find our waitress to ask her to please serve my friends warm food. Cold French fries and wings are very unappetizing. Of course at that point we realized we had no utensils and had to wait even longer and our food got even colder as we waited for a fork. My friends asked for the manager and she was rude and flippant. The server came back - supposedly to apologize - but she made smart a$$ comments to us. We then couldn’t even get the bill so we could get out of there. We again had to go looking for the waitress to get our bill. Managers excuse - they were busy - yet they managed to get hot food out to the friends of the karaoke guy. They arrived 30 minutes after we did and got their food and we’re finished with their meal before we were served.
Never wanted to be in Florida but luckily world of beers is making it a good experience. Huge selection and a freindly staff, some really good local beers I wouldn't have had the chance to try!Emily was my waitresses/bartender and she made sure my experience here was awesome!I found some great local craft beer and I would encourage everyone who ends up in ft. Myers to stop here!
"W.O.B? More like W.O.F [world of fail]" - 9 year old. And we compactly agree with him. Although the beer is plentiful the food choice is random. They will have alot unavailable. And everytime we stop by here it's always dead.... go across the street to twin peaks. It's way more alive there and fun. It's this wob locations... others I been to are way more fun.
One of very few places that have Killions, and it's on tap! Good selection of brews. Decent menu.
