I actually like wingstop, but the service at this one is awful. They don’t answer their phones, and are blatantly rude to customers. I can’t tell you how many times I have wanted to eat here, but decided not to, just because of the hassle of their bad service.

Food was great! Although we weren't told there wasn't any ice until after we bought our drinks. Sodas were hot. Planned to dine in but left instead to buy a cold drink. Other than that the food was good and a great price.

The Absolute Worst. Save your money. The staff is clueless. Tiny wings, wrong amount, slimy not crispy. Was a dine in order but gave us a to go bag that sat on their shelf for 15 minutes. Other customer's frustrated at waiting up to an hour for their food. Never again. Management needs to do much better.

Bunch of thieves! I used to order from them at least 3x a week or more… Two hrs they tried to deliver my order late. I refused it and told the driver to take it back to the restaurant, he probably kept it. I spoke with the Mgr who claims she would refund my $30 and it’s been over 2 weeks no refund or a phone call to fix it. I have the Dasher’s text to verify he was supposed to take them back to restaurant. Don’t use their app to order, they’ll blame Door Dash for their incompetence! So done with these thieves!

Dont order from here. I asked for extra cook time so my wings would be crispy. They put them in a steam pan with no vents and they are soggy. I ordered 50 wings with 4 different sauces and had to try and figure out what was what because they were not marked. NEVER AGAIN.

I have had several take out orders at Wingstop. Food has always been excellent. However, the next to last time my order was short 2 wings. I received 6 wings and paid for 8. Other than that I am satisfied.

I'm so happy I finally found a good wingstop near me. The food is always so good! My favorite thing to order are the garlic parm thigh bites and voodoo fries. Always so good.

Customer service is worth as much as quality of food. The order was incomplete and 20 minutes late. The manager, Angie, argued about how she was only 10 minutes late instead of providing good customer service and a refund for part of the order. Wow. I am appalled

This location used to managed well but lately they’ve been messing up my order, setting wrong time expectations and got a little attitude filled teenage dude up front that thinks he’s God’s gift to Earth, chill and develop better customer service. Plenty of people who need jobs out here if you don’t care about yours. I haven’t tried the Wingstop’s in Cape Coral but I definitely am.

I am so tired of this wing stop! I call because they messed up my order AGAIN and I spoke with DEAN. I told him my order is messed up & he don’t know what credit to give me I must speak to a manager Gigi but he doesn’t know the manager schedule. He wanted me to come back in I told him I stay 40 mins away and to just charge me for what I was given. He said I would need to bring alllllll the food back. No resolution was offered besides to come in tomorrow and get free wings. UHM NO! But he had to hang up because he had customers & he’s the only one working.
