The waiter was so extremely rude!! We left him $15 tips and when he came to our table he assumed we would leave cash and threw a fit in front of everyone! Embarrassed us saying we didn’t leave any tip even though we had left $15+ some cash!! We gave it another chance and returned to the restaurant, unfortunately this time the chicken wings smelt ROTTEN!! AND our French fries weren’t brought out to us until 10 minutes after, which we waited to eat everything together, but ended up leaving everything because our food was all cold!! The bar does a great job, but everyone else seems to be running the place to the ground, from food quality, to poor customer service. Sad to say since my father’s been coming here since he was in his 20’s, now we’re sad to see it go down like that. Always been a legendary spot, the owner needs to bring it back!!
I order 20 wings, and the Wife order chicken tenders. And a blooming onion. Blooming onion was great!!! The chicken was way over cooked… More like burnt. Never again… Spent over 50 dollars. Waiter was great. But the chicken was not. Took it home to are Great Dane, and he wouldn’t eat it. Worst meal we ever had. Maybe it was a different cook on Sunday. Other people told me the chicken was the best they ever had. Not for us! The cook should of never sent this meal out. He or she is not a cook in my book. Only gave it one star so I can place this post.
I try to avoid using the words "best" when describing a review for a restaurant. However, this place has hands down the best wings I have had yet. Both boneless and bone in were done to perfection. Its a small hole in the wall place, but has great service and a local community feel which is not overbearing and allows even new people like us to try the place. Only beer and wine for sale but they have happy hour deals and its definitely worth it. We will 100% be back and our only regret is just now finding this place. We ordered and highly recommend:The fried tomatoes appetizerThe bone in wings (medium)Boneless (honey barbecue)We also got the below items and while good, not as good as the above items:Boneless (lemon pepper)Boneless (medium garlic)
This is a hidden gem in Fort Myers! We happened to drive by one day and decided to stop in. First, if you're looking for fancy, go somewhere else. It kind of has that dive bar feel to it, but it's clean, the folks there are super friendly, the food is good (some of the best wings we've found in Fort Myers), and the prices are unbelievable. We can afford more expensive places but we keep coming back here when we want a good, relaxing meal.
Not a terrible place but bad experience. my friends and I went here tonight for late night dinner and drinks. We ordered chicken wings, sandwich and wrap with mozzarella sticks. the sandwich and wrap were delicious but boneless wings missed the mark! We heard about how good the wings were here and were upset as they were rock hard. When we tried to address it with our waiter, he ripped the wings up with his hands in front of us..very odd. Really wanted to like this place!!
If I could rate these wings with 0 stars, I would. I checked reviews and was told this was the place to get my wings. So for my Super Bowl get together I ordered 20 garlic parmesan and 20 medium wings. Photo 1 are the garlic parm wings and photo 2 are the medium. To say they were DRY and would be an understatement. Usually wings are dripping in sauce. Not these. Dry on the outside and dry on the inside. The garlic parm had zero flavor. I had to salt them. I spent $50 and threw these away. Really disappointing!
Great experience...first time visit . Fried green tomatoes were awesome. My husband had the huge wicked widow burger and ate it all! Our server was on point.
My husband and I will be back! Came here for the first time last night. This is a hole in the wall type of gem! Great prices and even better food! Has something for everyone. We paid $37 for 2 large meals and 4 beers. Thought that was pretty good for a night out. The waitress was super nice and on top of things! We didn’t expect the karaoke night that started at 8, so that was an added bonus! So fun!!
First time here. We encountered at least 3 different members of the staff, they were all very nice and welcoming. We ordered the wing and pitcher special. We felt it was reasonably priced and the wings and sauces were excellent. The cooling "tower"? in the center of the pitcher was great as well...we like our beer cold! We will be back! Highly recommend!
Reading through some of these comments makes me laugh, seriously. Duplicate accounts to complain question the validity of the complaint. Here’s a real review, from someone who’s lived all over the world and in multiple states across the country... if you’re wanting good food, relaxed atmosphere, realistic prices (have you seen the grocery prices? Good lord...), and a kind staff, this is the place.Menu has some classics and unique recipes, the family has yet to find something we weren’t really happy with. If you can catch the owner, he’s always working on “off-menu” things that he can whip up for you.My recommendation? Extra crispy traditional wings, hot Buffalo sauce with that “GOOD” ranch... not too hot, really good flavor, big fresh wings and ranch that we take home extras of when we can.
