Wendy's always rocks! Dave's Double Combo with a large Chili and a Frosty!!! Always great!
Manager was the rudest person I have ever met. Employee really tried helping me when the manager just rolled his eyes. It was raining super bad outside and water was all over the floor coming in from outside we could not even get to the soda machine because there was so much water. Told manager and he said thay always happens. They need to fix the problem someone is going to get hurt
They locked the door at 3 in the afternoon and told us drive through only. I couldn't understand that.
All Wendy's higher the most unmotivated people they can find. If you're motivated and want to work hard Wendy's is not the place for you
This place is nasty. Very disappointed that this restaurant has bugs. Ordered a double burger combo. Got to my truck and opened my burger and took a couple of bites and then I noticed something black on the top bun. I thought it was a piece of burnt meat. And then I was like daaammm… A freaking bug on my burger. I put it on the side of the wrapper to my surprise the bug started walking. This sucks……….
Great food but I have to ask them for ketchup ?? they should always add that in the bags
The food wasn't that good and the whole place was dirty, floor, tables and there was a jacket laying on a chair that didn't seem to belong to anyone as no one else was there. Every table was dirty, all the trash cans were overflowing. I enjoy Wendy's food but won't be going back to that piece!
The guy on the front register was rude and behaved like he didn't want to work there. He showed his annoyance with Me when I asked simply questions...the interaction went like this...Me: Hello, how are you? Him: can I take your order? Me: Ohhhh OK, Kool can I have a bacon n cheese potato and 4 piece nuggets? Him: we don't have potatoes what else? Me: OK, I'm looking for my Husband meal. Him: can you hurry up? Me: Wow, dude, Can I just have the 4 for 4 (explained what I wanted,) and asked for the chicken Asiago meal. Him: what chicken you want? Me: Excuse Me??? How does the chicken come, in the meal? Him: It's only grilled or crispy, it's fried chicken, just chicken fried that's it do you want it or not? Me: (boiling at this point,) Sir, can I have a crispy chicken without the attitude & you need to work on your customer service skills. Then My Hubby walked up and he didn't say a word but, his manners took my appetite. So no one really won in the end. But, he shouldn't talk to people like that.
My experience was horrible first off I ordered the Baconator apparently it comes with less than one piece of bacon I don't understand how you can call that a Baconator to it was cold I also got the meal combo french fries Stone Cold the only thing they got right was the soda thank God you at least have friendly staff in the window other than that the experience was truly lousy as far as ever going back there again I highly highly doubt I would ever go back there again
Wendys is pretty consistent across the U.S., and this is no exception. It can get very busy during the lunch rush.
