Haven't been to the House in quite some time. So we decided after learning of the 45 minute wait at Cracker Barrel to come here.Not disappointed at all! My wife and daughter had the sirloin steaks (not on the menu) and a t-bone (also not on the menu) and they were cooked exactly how we wanted.For me i was recommended by our waitress to try one of their breakfast bowls. Wow! I did the sausage, egg and cheese over hash browns with sausage gravy as loved it!The person greeting was very friend. I apologize i don't remember his name. And the staff also were all nice!!!!
The worst waffle house ever..cook was cooking dirty grill bacon,sausage chicken porkchop and the hashbrowns at same time..food falling from grill all under grill pieces of bacon oil dripping cook could not e en reach the grill she slapped Tons butter on breadsSausage plate had burned food particles as I was calling it out to my son this one lady screamed something about cholos to customer as it was a joke only to her.and from one side room to other she came to say that what was on sausage plate wasn't burned food was grim grill..uhhh same thing lady..they forgot our bacon all tables were dirty not even enough customers to fill tables so no need to have tables dirty. Food all cold and soggy sp disgusted I never ever have seen so much unsanitary work place...workers all look like they on drugs ..heavy never ever will I go to any waffle house waitress had berne to say cook has been there for 18 yrs well maybe then she should retire couse someone getting sick I ended uo giving food to my dogs hope they dnt get diarrhea in morning smh
Have been several times, and usually liked it - when I could get in. The last few times I've tried to get in I either couldn't get service because I sat there and was ignored or they had more than half the place closed or have a sign up in the window that says to go only.Never going back, from now on I'll go out of my way to find something else when I'm getting off work late.
Our truck broke down in their lot. While waiting for the tow truck we went in for breakfast. The restaurant was as clean as could be, our meal hot and delicious. After paying our bill, we returned to our vehicle to wait. Staff came out, offering to push our truck into the shade for us. A while later, our waitress brought us cups of ice cold water. Can't sat thanks enough. Please give them your business!
I eat at this Waffle House quite a bit. It has become a regular spot for a couple of friends and me. The staff are very friendly, and they make sure your cup of coffee is always full. Food is always delicious and special requests accommodated. Love this place!!!
Seven months ago I gave a four star rating, but after today's experience, I can honestly say I'll probably never go there again. The service was terrible. Only one table open that didn't have dishes stacked up the entire time we were there. Overheard the chef say he was sick of this and one waitress had to call on the chef and the other waitress twice to come prepare our food, which was not received correctly and poorly presented.
I don't know what happened. This was my go to place. I will never eat there again. We walked in and the place smelled bad, the tables were dirty, flies everywhere, there was only I other person there eating.We ordered, behind the counter there was food all over the floor, dangerous condition for walking. So the food seemed to be slopped on the plates, after eating, I went to wash my hands and the smell near the bathrooms made me gag, so bad I almost threwup. There were 3 employees there at the time. Sorry things have gotten so bad, I pray things get better soon. I will not be returning.

The food is on point. The pretty young Blonde who cooks is amazing at her job! Service is slow and not really that great but they are all incredibly friendly so its a fair trade off. I will be back!!
I do not recommend Boatways Road in Fort Myers Florida. Worst service we have ever had throughout the country.
