We had breakfast time was 9amPleasant crew this morning.The ladies were happy and they played music for their customers.As for Food my grits were cold which they took care it quickly and my waffles didn’t arrive on timeI was done with my breakfast once was given to me (which took home)There only two other customers and place wasn’t busyEstablishment was extremely clean and bathroom was clean as well.
I was the only one in the restaurant as a customer. The only downside was the waffle did not want to cook correctly and I did not receive it until I was already almost done with the rest of my foodParking: Has a very small parking lot, there is a lot of construction on U.S. 41
The cook was also my server and she was doing a great job managing both jobs......she was helpful, polite, and courteous
The last two times that I went I waited an hour and they never served me. They told me to sit down so that they can serve me, they never did and ignored me. Then they tell me after 30 minutes to sit on a table and the same thing, they never served me.How are you gonna make me do that. You have a sign that says we will serve you when you sit. So I sit in the front and one of the workers will recognize me but just day sit down. I feel bad for the waffle house workers but then I'll I want is a quick waffle and I sit there for a hour and never get served.Then a fight happens and they say we won't serve people. Even people who do sit and wait to order they say "don't serve them" like are you kidding me!!!Now the waffles slap but the service is awful so sorry serve your customers bye.
This is a very good place to come to the have you food done very well and on time I love this place it’s great I highly recommend it

Ok, I went in here about 1245pm. I was sat right away. I didn't get a drink until 125pm. I ordered scrambled eggs ham and grits. I got fried eggs bacon and toast. I left there at 145pm. The shift leader was useless she didn't help the overwhelmed waitress one bit. The cook did nothing but complain she wanted to go home. Never even got the coffee I ordered. An absolute joke..I'll never go back..
One of the best waffle houses in Ft Myers. Went there today, they were short staffed and still were able to not miss a beat...
Me and my family ordered a to go order this morning. After my drink was finished, I went to refill it with more soda. I took off the lid and noticed black bugs all throughout the ice. Who knows how many we drank?♀️
Very good breakfast food. Daphne was a good server.
