Tried Viva La Taco at Babcock Ranch tonight. Quesabirria Tacos were the best birria tacos I’ve ever had!! My kids also loved them. We hope this food truck will be a frequent on the BR schedule.
I just ate one barbacoa taco and one Al pastor taco and YUM they were amazing. Next time That I’m not in a rush or driving I will be trying the birria or the Birria ramen. Nice gentlemen working too!
Everything we have tried from them has been amazing. Chicken tamales, shrimp tacos and birria tacos are the best I have ever had. Super clean truck and friendly owners! Try them, you won’t be sorry.

If there was an option for no stars, that would be my vote. We were craving Mexican food and saw this listing closest to us. When we arrived, this. Establishment was gone.
