Perfect wine, salad, salmon dinner for our anniversary. Table cloths, excellent wine list, fantastic fresh Caesar salad (best in a long while). Hubby had beef. Loved it. The wine - perfect! House wine was excellent. My glass of Sonoma Cutrer was lovely. Shout out to Michael our server. We’ll be back.
Love the atmosphere but it took an hour before we received our salads. Chopped salad had no taste and had to ask for the blue cheese crumbles. Chicken was supposed to be stuffed with mushrooms and there wasn't a mushroom to be seen and not stuffed at all. The steak.had. a heavy sauce....not goodThe Mac and cheese was good but only had one small piece of shrimp. The onion soup was pretty good. As most restaurants these days, they were under staffed ....and it was prom night and very crowded.
Arrived for our patio reservation, only to be told they were short staffed and were not serving on the patio. Had the same experience a month earlier, made the reservation on Resy, but we were curtly turned away when we arrived. This time I called the restaurant to confirm we could be seated on the patio, was assured it would be open. We have our reasons for wanting to dine outside, we don't want to be told it's somehow all our fault. If the patio is not operational, just take off that dining option on Resy, we would understand ... and tell your staff. Oh ... and the hostess needs an attitude change, she needs to understand who generates the income for her salary. A third attempt? Nope.
If I could rate this a zero I would! My daughter and her friends reserved a table on prom night and it was hell! The appetizers took and hour to come out and dinner never did. After waiting almost two hours for their food and not hearing a word from the server they got up and left to prom!
Don’t waste your time here .. our wedding wasn’t how we planned… not the floor plan , the food, the service … stay away from this place they don’t take responsibility for anything.. the lack of comunication with the planner and the staff it’s horrible.. they didn’t have the toast when we arrive as we ask or the charcuterie board ( the staff said they didn’t know about this ) then they didn’t know about the vegan dishes that we ask .. the floor plan wasn’t like we planed either …
6:45 pm reservation 9:30 pm 1st entree arrived. 9:52 pm the 2nd & 3rd entrees arrived. 2 of 7 entrees never arrived. The Filet Mignon was all gristle. The Sea Bass arrived cold and slimy. ☹️
My sister and I just finished our meal here. The service was fantastic, the food delicious. Short ribs and salmon were perfect! Our 2 servers worked so hard to take care of the outside courtyard dining. So impressed. Thank you Ismael and Mike you guys made our dining experience the best! We will be back!
Fabulous dinner! Alexis was a very attentive server and even adjusted the bill when one item wasn’t to my taste. My husband had the short ribs and I had the delicious calamari appetizer (like a calamari version of Bang-Bang Shrimp). We went early and by the time we left at 8:00 every table was full.It’s on the list for next time! In downtown Ft Myers about 10 minutes off of I75. Don’t miss it!
Would not recommend. The staff were confused who was our waiter. The charcuterie board was okay. The steak frittes were over cooked and the truffle fries were the least flavorful that I have ever had. The sea bass was so overcooked it was burnt and the sauce was bland, rice was old, and asparagus was unseasoned. The waitress was kind enough to take off the sea bass off the bill. Wine menu is good.
I would give it no stars however I am in the service industry and I understand places are short staffed during these times. We just sat there for an hour and didn’t even receive our appetizers.. our server was very nice however you could tell she was in a rush, which again, I understand, however we had to ask for her name when we got there after getting our drinks and then barely saw her the whole time we were there. Unfortunately we ended up leaving because we noticed that the table that came in after us had already received their food… We were told it was a great place so we are extremely disappointed
