Went there last night, and I got my Usual order of Sweet and Sour chicken. Now I've gone to places that I would say did amazing Sweet and sour chicken, but there is always one or two bits of chicken that are over fried, and impossible to chew. I didn't have that issue here at all. First time Every piece was perfectly Fried, hot and fresh, even though I got it from doordash, usually it arrives cold(any food) and this place just blew all my expectations out of the water as one of my Best chinese food experiences in a log time.
I want to love this place because the people where I used to work raved about this place. BUT I cannot get over the flavorless food. Portion and price are good though.
Made a simple order of three spring rolls not only did they went cheap used a roll that was smaller than usual and tasted awful the inside was filled with flavorless under cooked vegetables drenched in oil do not recommend go anywhere else but here
Person handling the front is rude to deliver drivers. Not my fault I arrived early. All I did was ask how much longer it was going to take and they flipped out and got flustered. I would have had no issue waiting as I did. Calm down a bit.
Fresh food Dan Dan Udon. Noodles in sweet sour sauce. Tasty
By far the worst customer service of any dining establishment that I have ever experienced in Southwest Florida. I've been here 3 times because the prices are affordable but the food is average at best. I ordered today and specifically asked for chicken and shrimp in my order, which I was willing to pay more for. I paid the $4 extra and only received shrimp. I then contacted the restaurant to report the problem and the woman on the phone was very rude and was unwilling to do anything to make things right. AVOID at all costs. This establishment's relatively low prices are not worth terrible customer service and questionable food every time you dine here. 1/10. If I could give a negative rating I would!
I have been here ever since 2015, the food is always good, authentic, and fresh, I especially like their bourbon chicken and general chicken, it just hit different. Whenever I am craving for Chinese food I order from here and no where else. I extremely recommend if you have a empty stomach! You won’t regret it!!
This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant here in Fort Myers Florida Every time I order food here it’s absolutely DELICIOUS!! The Chicken here melts in my mouth and with the Shrimp Fried Rice is so GOOD!!
Never going again. Found this insect in my chicken.
Just got 33 bucks worth of food. Yum yummy I'll havefood for days.
