Love this Tropical Smoothie on Gateway! Friendly staff always willing to get me in & out fast. Delicious shakes.
Showed up 40min before closing and they said they stopped making smoothies... The place was completely empty. I could understand 10min before but most restaurants will serve until closing time.
I have to say, although I love the smoothies, I was disappointed that the employee that was making them put the pineapple scoop in with the mangoes. I am just glad that was not the kind I was getting for my son since he is allergic to mango. They need to really be more careful about cross food products
Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie while the worker complained about how many smoothies he had to make. Then after all this the smoothie taste like water with a hint of fruit. Won't ever be back
Placed an order with DoorDash over an hour before they were supposed to close, and when the delivery driver got there 20 minutes later (still 40 mins before close) they had already closed shop. I can maybe understand closing 10-15 minutes early, but almost a whole hour? Why accept an order AND payment?
Tonight I came in for a smoothie but I walked into a very chaotic environment. There was a young tall young man in a tropical smoothie uniform with his seems to be friends who continue to verbally harass the young ladies that were working. Very unprofessional.

Do not recommend the new bbq shrimp quesadilla. So disappointing: small, hardly any shrimp and all I tasted was pineapple. I got 2 of these and 2 smoothies with a banana and kale slaw and paid $28! Feel so ripped off. Never again.
I love smothies but the place is very dirty. There is garbage even under the work tables. An employee even slipped while making smoothies. Sad!
