This place smells horrible. Old milk or yogurt. No one seems to know what sanitary is. Service is slow. My order was a quesadilla with no chicken. There was chicken I bit into it and felt sick instantly. Chicken and I do not agree at all it makes me super sick. We went back to correct the order and I received this. Barely any cheese. The press is clearly not cleaned in between either because there was onions on the outside of it. Ridiculous to pay $26 dollars for the food and drink to be trash.

I'd gone and bought a smoothie with a wrap from the drive through about a week ago with my girl. The smoothie was mediocre at best although it wasn't my usual, the thickness made it hard to drink and their were unblended chunks of fruit in the smoothie. I assume my girls drink was OK since she didn't mention anything. But then I bite down into my jerk chicken wrap and it tastes like wax. The rice & beans uncooked and the jerk chicken was lightly Warmed up. So I return it and just ask for a smoothie instead and get the worst smoothie ever. This place is trash.

I tried the new teriyaki tropical chicken sandwich, it tasted good, light and all the ingredients were fresh. As a drink I tried the dragon fruit smoothie. It is super refreshing and has a mild sweet taste.the establishment is comfortable, clean and there are spaces to work.the staff was friendly and the waiting time for the order was short.

the attention could be better, it is not that they treat you badly but the way of delivering the food is too informal. the smoothies in general are rich, of a good size and very well priced. both wraps and flatbreads can be better prepared.

The fact that they have a drive thru is the only thing this location has going for them. The staff is very rude. Absolutely no friendly greeting when you pull up. They hand you your order and credit card and close the drive thru window without a single word or often not a smile. I go to this location 1-2 times a week with my kids for several months and it's been the same every single time. I expect more from this franchise. Management needs to provide better customer service training for their employees.

My experience with Tropical Smoothie Cafe has been first class. They were very accommodating to the Otterbein University Baseball team in feeding about 50 in a short stint of time. I would highly recommend them for big or small groups. Looking forward to my next visit.

They were very gracious and provided around 50 subs for the Otterbein University baseball team and myself and they did not disappoint. I would go back anytime. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Tropical Café. The smoothies were also very, very good.

After I received my order I left the store on foot back to my car which was charging on the other side of the parking lot then realized they didn't put put my chips in the bag so I walked back to get them. Then I got back to my car and started to eat my Hummus veggie bowl and realized they didn't put Hummus or Avocado on it so I walked back. It took about ten minutes for 3 of them to put some Hummus and Avocado in small cups and while they were in the process one employee dropped a lid on the floor and proceeded to put it on the cup of Avocado and one of them knew I was watching so she took it from him and threw it away. He would have tried to pass it to me since he didn't know I was looking. Then another young lady approached me at the counter and asked if I wanted anything else and I said I would like a hurricane smoothie to go so she walked away and told another employee to make it. I sat down in the store and ate my Hummus veggie bowl and watched the guy make the hurricane smoothie. When he finished he asked another employee who it was for and he said he didn't know so the guy who made it put a straw in it and started drinking it. This happened on February 9th, 2022 between 5:30 and 6:25 p.m.

I ordered on Uber eats, got all the way through the payment process just to receive the message “This store cannot take my order”. Then I tried Bite Squad, and it doesn’t even allow you to choose a size of the product that you want? That makes no sense. You can’t call the store to speak to anybody because the voicemail box is full (that’s professional) and there is no indication anywhere online that they are closed. If you were closed then why does TripAdvisor say you are open, and why do you the delivery services still allow you to place an order? For a company to have arguably the best location in Lee county, your customers expect you to take the responsibility of updating your third-party services, contact information, and other info on the Internet.

My neighbor took me here once and now I'm hooked! The Bahama Mama is great. The acai one is great too. I took both my Aunt's and she loved the Cranberry one.
