Britney (not sure of the spelling) has sone of the best customer service skills around! I’ve ordered from this place a couple times. I’ve asked them to bring out the smoothies and food when I order online because I am in a wheelchair (don’t want to spill them). She remembered my car and ran it out before I could even call. Very impressed… give that girl a raise!
We liked this smoothie cafe! The girl at the register was nice. Our smoothies were made quickly. My husband had the strawberry banana and he liked it! I had the cleanse smoothie. It was made with spinach, kale, ginger and lemon. Very good! Nice area to eat your food and drink your smoothie.
I hope this rating/message reaches the people it needs to. This cafe is far too busy for the limited staff that they have. You CANNOT expect only four people to handle the heavy lunch and after-work rush. The people currently working there deserve a huge raise for doing their best to keep up with the demand, but overall there HAS to be more staff!It took an extra 30 minutes for me to get my TIMED ORDER, and I saw people waiting far longer before and after I had to wait. It's asinine for any corporation to think such a small (and I'm assuming underpaid) staff can keep up with this demand. You've got nurses, practioners, and general customers all wasting their lunch break just waiting for food. Do better!

Disgusting service. The woman working the register is scratching her head, rubbing her face, coughing in her hands. And making smoothies at the same time. We asked nicely if she could wash her to wash hands before making a smoothie. And you hear her go to the back and telling her coworkers that this b#### asked me to make to wash my hands for making the smoothie. This happened at 1:40 PM on January 2
Food is so so. They use post mates for their online ordering for pick ups and it costs $8 extra just for placing an order online. I tried to call several times to place an order and no one picked up so I was forced to pay $8 more to use the online ordering system. Unbelievable that they tacked on an extra $8 just because I couldn't call and place an order. The place has really gone downhill.
Love their smoothies. If you haven't had the Acai berry boost, I highly recommend it. Haven't tried a flavor I don't like yet but that one is definitely my favorite. Enjoy!
