Restaurant was not clean (tables had crumbs, trash cans full, restroom filthy). Food was mostly good but kale and apple slaw did not seem fresh. Love this chain, but not impressed with this store.
Not very great…. Smoothies not much to them and the price is about $7 for any smoothie…not sure why it has to be so much. Food wasn’t bad but super small portions.
Josh Raina, Angie and Damien, have treated my wife and I so good on our two week vacation in Fort Myers. We have come to tropical smoothie nearly every day. They remember us by name. They are very fast with delivery of everything we order. They have been very suggestive. My wife and I are kind of set in our regular same smoothies. They have suggested new ones that we are now switching to just to try something different and they are wonderful. I wish we lived here. We would come here all the time. The staff is like coming to see your family. Thank you tropical smoothie in Fort Myers. See you next year !
It was great. The guy Jon S was a great help and was able to help my older father with dementia like a true expert. Amazingly patient
Great tasting smoothies...very big and reasonably priced.
I got the strawberry, banana, coconut and it tasted watered down. Lacked a real fresh flavor. Will try a different one next time.
The banana and peanut butter wrap had some spinach and tomato inside what makes me think that they used the same knife for everything
I have been going to this location for over 3 years since I work next to it. It used to be my go to 4 days a week but the last two years has been nothing but disappointing. I will only order from here if I’m completely desperate to eat quickly. They never get the order correct. I take breaks monthly and have contacted the manager so I didn’t have to leave a bad review. Unfortunately after the few times I’ve told them the service isn’t going well nothing has changed. Don’t bother paying for any extras because they’re always left out. I never get the sauce I ask for or pay for. Don’t customize your online order because it will not be done correctly.
I would had given 1stars, but the young lady who took my order was friendly and I can't hold against her the lack of Toppings,and ingredients for the wraps for the manager should be responsible to keep items on stock or don't offer or sale what you do not have , I will say I do wish she had perhaps told me in advance, especially since I ordered 2 of the same wraps.. mine consisted of rice,( I couldn't find more than a sprinkle on mine, if that) smashed guacamole, (this I saw none at all on either of mine) black beans (funny enough I had opened my wrap at this point,and could count the black beans, 5 beans on 1wrap and the 2nd wrap had 3..) there was lots of lettuce and a couple tiny pieces of tomato..(I think that was tomato?) I had requested no ranch but a side of Peanut Thai sauce, that at least was done, the flour wrap itself tasted hard and stale.. I did open in the Cafe the wraps, and immediately told the server that it was lacking ,but if I could at least get a side of guacamole since it's supposed to be on both and I would had settled for that, she said sure, walked to the man, manager?? Spoke to him and turned to me saying "sorry they had none".. ( keep in mind, this is one of the main ingredients, and I had 2 of these wraps ,and I was never told they had pretty much nothing but lettuce on this wrap, and chips,well chipswere all gone ,all but jalapeño chips, or cheese chips. Neither I like. . I wanted baked lays, but oh well..so spent quite a bit of money for 2 bad wraps so unhappily I warn you avoid, and I promise I won't be back to visit..and no there is no excuses for they weren't busy..if I could I would had jumped behind the counter and cut up veggies,smashed some guacamoles,and made some rice and beans..but couldn't do that..but I can avoid this Tropical Smoothie..I'd recommend if they were as slow and unmotivated with 2 customers as I experienced that you try somewhere else or a different location...so a star for a friendly young lady, but no stars for bad food,for you could had at least offered me what you may have had handy.. but..you didnt.. and pictures of this mess wasn't worth the time.
Live nearby, and while I have never been during a lunch rush we have frequented the establishment a few times. Love the place. Great food and smoothies, their listed calorie content helps you make healthy informed decisions. Its always been quick and friendly service.Highly recommend the chipotle chicken flatbread and split a smoothie with someone! I will definitely be back, wish they had a rewards program!
