Love this wholesome little bagel shop. Great & fresh food, lots of variety, and a very 'mom & pop' feel to it. I used to go there more frequently when I lived across the street, but I just went for the first time in probably a year & remembered what I was missing out on!!There pricing is very fair, and the quality is great. Nothing "over the top" about the place, no fancy coffees and such, but they are GREAT at what they do. Quality > frills. They also do a punch card for a free dozen bagels after you buy 12 dozen.My favorite items: Jalapeño bagel, rosemary olive oil bagel, sundried tomato basil cream cheese, & a sausage egg cheese on an everything bagel!!! I haven't tried their lunch items, but I probably should!
First and foremost, you can tell there is a very small Jewish population in this area. This might be the most mediocre bagel I’ve ever had. Lox tastes extremely low quality and the bagel is rock solid and nearly flavorless (I’ve tried 4 different bagel flavors now) for a very absurd $14.28. The chive cream cheese is alright so I guess that’s where the 1 star comes from. I’ve been to nationally renowned shops that smoke their own fresh caught salmon that don’t even charge that. I went back to make sure I didn’t go on a bad day and it actually got worse. The people who work there are very nice and attentive so I’ll give y’all that. Wild stuff guys.

came in for bagels and ended up getting the Nova sandwich on the spinach parmesan bagel and it was absolutely delicious. very fresh ingredients. large variety of bagels, cream cheese, and sandwich optionsfast service, excellent presentation. will definitely be back! highly recommend
My family and I have noticed the last few times that the amount of cream cheese that is applied to our bagels, is getting less and less. We have giving our business to the bagel factory for a few years, guess it's time to find another place, for out Saturday morning breakfast.
Nice people working there but the bagels are not good. They don't have a crispy flavorful taste when toasted but rather taste stale and bland. The manager assured me that the bagels are made fresh everyday but it tasted stale to me and my wife. The cream cheese has very little flavor as well so there was no advantage to eating there. I wanted to like the place as it seemed others did, but it wasn't at all like tasty New York bagels we are accustomed to. The owner manager provided a refund.

Bagel Factory is so good.Love that it is Veteran owned.Prices are reasonable and very friendly staff.Like to go a least once a week for lunch.Five stars.Highly recommend.
Hands down the best bagel in Fort myers. Nice variety and quick staff. The only thing is the prices are not as accessible like a NY deli for example. If it wasn't for that it would be the everyday munch, but either way 5 stars ✨️
Bagels as fresh as you'll find anywhere. I believe there is about 35 varieties plus 10 or so flavors of cream cheese. We are here once a week at least. The coffee is as good as the bagels and the service is excellent.
