My husband and I went here for lunch; we usually do dinner here from time to time. We stood in the waiting area at the door for about 5-10m. No one ever greeted us. A lady that appeared to be maybe a manager walked by in a rush never looking our direction. I called out excuse me a couple of times, only to be ignored. As a last ditch effort, I raised my voice a little bit to get her attention. She kept walking saying someone will be there to help us. No one came. We left. We're now at Outback Steakhouse where someone greeted us right away and we're having a couple of drinks, eating our 3 cheese steak dip and prepared to enjoy our meal.
London was the best!My son was inquisitive on where her accent was from and she shared her journey with us! Her service was great the food was just as good! We will def be back.

One could have a wish, another a dream, I chose TGI Friday's. Seemingly nonexistent, this treasure of a restaurant seems to be Camouflaged in its ambient concrete scenery, recognized only by the notably iconic red and white striped curtains. The food. I wish anybody who enjoys American appetizers to go in there and get a pound of cheese fries, you will not be disappointed. Prices seem standard- slightly highPlenty of room, Great service and good food. Smelled nice walking in, and aircon was indeed working. 8/10 because they did take some time to bring our meals.
I come here all the time with my husband and my 2 year old daughter. I ask the manager Cassidy for a high chair and she very rudely told me that the high chairs are not allowed at the booth. I did tell her that we come here all the time and we never have an issue and she was once again rude. Never had any problems at this location especially that my husband worked here for several years in the kitchen until now. Re-hire or Re-train.
We had a good lunch there today. Our servers name was London and she said it was her nickname she spoke with the English accent. She was the reason we had such a good time there. Very friendly and personable. I was still a bit more like her. The food was good also but repaired for Joe Biden's high prices there.
Omg shawna hooked us up on the last two pretzels which made my granddaughter’s night excellent. Patrick was an awesome server and the hostess was very charming. Love this place!!!

We had a change of plans last night, due to employees at previous restaurant, Outback, not caring about their customers. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that there would be a little wait, unless we sat at the bar. We agreed. The service was fast. The food was delicious. Our server checked to make sure everything was fine. Choosing this restaurant made last night turn out so much better. We were able to relax and laugh. Wouldn't mind doing it again. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.
