I’ve read a couple of reviews before writing mine, I guess it’s common, it’s been a while I’ve been getting pub subs so I wanted to change. I walked in 15 minutes before closing time, both of the employees ’2 kids’ were kinda upset that I stepped in, while he’s making the sub he said that they’re closed so I can’t eat inside even though I wasn’t going to and they’re not closed. The sub barely had meat in it but so much from everything else, completely uneven from both sides. No skill/intelligence needed for making a sub, all it takes is respecting your job. you can imagine what you would be for not being able to make one. I swear it would’ve been made better if a 3 years old made it. Horrible, why would you hire kids like that? Do you not care about customers at all? Coz I can tell you this, I’m NEVER going to Subway again and I’m sure a lot of people won’t when they get the same poor quality of service/food in this place.
The absolute worst subway I’ve ever been too. Immature lazy kids that work here in the evening. Multiple times have witnessed them cleaning up very prematurely and refusing to serve customers when close to closing time, instead of serving customers up until closing time and then cleaning the store. This is done so that they can leave early, putting themselves first before the store’s customers. They told us “we’re closed” even though it is 10 minutes from closing time. Very Annoying and I would not accept my employees turning away customers before closing time.
I love to go there honestly. But recently they have started making improper sandwiches. The bread and all veggies are fresh though but the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t follow instructions that I write in online order. I always mention not to cut the sandwiches in half but they do. Mostly they forgot to put items which is listed in order. (Take a look at picture, I mentioned to have more black olives but they didn’t put at all!) And the last thing I don’t like is they don’t give napkins!! Everything else is good, the food quality is 10/10, cleanliness 10/10. So please follow the directions properly for online orders and put whatever is requested. And sorry for posting this review, but i will remove it if i see a positive change! Thank you!
We were in this store this morning. The young guy that waited on us had earbuds in both ears the entire time. You could tell he was listening to music because of his body movements. We had to repeat order components numerous times. When he cashed us out, I was owed $3.62 in change. He handed me only the coins along with the receipt. I had to tell him I was owed more change. All he said was oh. Never got a thank you or anything. Employees that are taking care of customers should not be allowed to wear earbuds. That's rude to your customers. He was in essence saying that customers aren't worth his full attention. Well, I don't think he's worth his full paycheck.
Slowest Subway I have EVER been to.
As soon as you walk in no welcome. The girl that attended me. Her name was “teanna”.She wants to scratch her head and then make my sub.Has the worst attitude. & at the end wants to snatch my coupon because I gave her the same energy back.Understood they don’t want to be there. So then quit ??♀️.
Same good tasting subs. Seems safety precautions for covid are in place. Will go back again.
The store is always dirty -- and I mean a literal dead mouse outside their front door, and what looked like throw up in the sink. But the staff are what really get me. They're rude, and get annoyed whenever I specify my severe bell pepper allergy. They frequently leave the toasting paper on my food and have given me uncut pizza because they can't be bothered to find (or in some cases, clean) the pizza cutter. Not to mention they close early most nights just because they want to.
