Waited 20 minute in their drive thru with only one customer at window no sub is worth a 20 minute wait
Good subway, gets busy during the weekdays around lunch time..
Got home and realized they messed up my sandwhich I called restaurant and the lady told me she doesn't know and hung up on me. No customer service skills at all very unprofessional and no enthusiam at this restaurant. I will be filing a complaint with Subway cooperation as seeing this isn't their first rodeo with the other reviews.
I ordered Delivery and NEVER receieved my order. I attempted to call and was very rudely told that they dont do online orders and hung up on. This is one of the WORST subway locations I would say and I would advise eating ANYWHERE but here.
I don’t know what has happen with this Subway I would give zero stars if I could. First off the young lady that’s working is very rude and unprofessional we walked in and wasn’t acknowledged three or four other customers walked in and they were not acknowledged as well. My sister did an online order for a sandwich when we got there it was not ready no problem, we asked for the sandwich to be made a specific way she had an attitude from the beginning as if it was a problem that we were asking for our food to be made a certain way. Specific directions were given but none were followed. The sandwich was made very sloppily and I’m very disappointed in the service. I don’t know the young lady’s name but she is the only person working today is April 29 at about 830pm the management need to figure it out and do something about it. Very very unprofessional.
Only 1 person working when I came in at 5:30 pm. The girl behind the counter was shorter than the counter where you order. I could not understand a word she was saying or asking. She had no personality and surely showed that she had no interest in being there. Horrible customer service!! Left irritated.
I bring cupon, and they charge ne normal price. I order $7.99 meal combo, then charge me $8.99. He said it is same price??? Please go back to elementary school.
Worker is very rude and no public health safety also even I told her I am allergic to pork she was keep trying to use same gloves for every customer order.one of most important I paid cash and she didn’t give me recipe ?I had take out I realized after I get in the car and when I go back she said she don’t have it
We come here all the time & today there was two young girls there one who was every rude from the start, as we go up to place our order she says so what do you want with attitude, while the whole time she acts like she doesn't want to even be there, then as we go up to pay my husband looks at me & tells me, 'so thats it then hun' the young girl with the attitude problem looks at my husband & say what did you say, what did you say, while trying to not be disrespectful back my husband looks at her & say I was talking to my wife, so we let it be & go sit down & this attitude young girl just couldn't leave alone being disrespectful & starting talking about us with the other young girl, I'm trying to let it be so I get on my phone & take pictures of myself at the restaurant to document where I ate on the app I have, helps with counting calories when it brings up the menu & this young girl with her attitude just flips out & starts with you cant be taking pictures of me, mind you I wasn't even taking any of her but myself, subway u should really be ashamed of yourselves for not training your employees right & leaving them alone before they where train right, my company will never go there again especially when being g treated this badly by an attitude young girl......
