Been there numerous times now through the drive-thru and things are missing from the order. Today it was a side of fries and I am completely done with this chain. A customer shouldn't have to return through the drive-thru or go into the establishment repeatedly in order for employees to get the order right.
Only ones inside and it still took 20 minutes. Buns were barely browned and food was not put directly on bun from grill like it use to be. Quality and service is just not as good as it use to be
I absolutely LOVE their food and service, i’m from new york and this is my first time eating here the manager was so nice, the customer service and the food was all over great. Overall I was satisfied the next time i’m in fort myers’s i will be coming back!

Service at the window was amazing the girl was so sweet and any and everything I asked for was right on point but the food it just tastes not so good fries were greasy the burger was greasy it was like I don't even know how to explain it it just wasn't no good and it was so dry the burger was the fries just tasted like they sat there or they just didn't get strained right from the grease but other than that that's why they got a two star from me cuz of the service at the window if not I would have give it a zero
The Kiosk system works well and food actually gets to my table quicker than when servers would take your order and your food would be brought to you. The quality and value are 5 star. But at the two SteaknShakes I frequent, the top of the buns are COLD! Fries are hot , the steak burgers are hot, the bun tops nit so much. The other quibble I have is that the seasoned salt us no longer present. This condiment adds much flavor to the fries and various steak burgers. In spite if these two issues, I will frequent SteaknShake again. The steak burgers and fried are too good to pass up.
Steak n shake has changed a lot since the pandemic. No longer the full service dine in experience I was used to. You order at the kiosk, pay, get your drinks, and wait to be called. Was still good, and we'll worth the price.
Paid $81 dollars for our food that was disgusting cold nasty and the fries were old!! They charge for all the sauces!! And no chicken tenders or salad!! $11.89 for a grilled cheese meal!! The floors were so filthy my shoes stuck to them and the white squares were black!!
I low key like the new style, it’s kinda weird not having cashiers or table service but the food came out quick and it’s steak and shake quality so I can’t complain. It’s a trade off but for a quick meal it’s a good one.
Have not been there since before Corona Virus hit. The place has changed and not for the better. Food is mediocre at best like some other places I went to that have changed. Not going back. I can say the shakes are still good.
