Location is Gate C. The attitude I received from a little snot nosed teenage girl was dismal & embarrassing for a business that has the balls to charge $7 a drink. Starbucks doesn't need to have this face greeting the public. It was 6:00am on May 21, 2022. She should have just stayed in bed watching TikTok videos in her pajamas. I wish mommy & daddy did a better job with this one. I ended up cancelling my order, to say the least.
The three women working saw me approaching and then turned their backs to 'jam' to music they were playing. After waiting I was able to order. They took my order and then handed me a drink saying they made the drink how it normally comes and refused to add sweat cream foam. Unbelievably low work ethic for starbucks.
The woman that was making drinks looked like she couldn't wait to get done. She was in no hurry and my drink was horrible. I order a mocha cookie crumble and there are no cookie crumbles and it doesn't really taste like chocolate. It's not the first time I've had it made poorly but come on, isn't there some recipe they are supposed to be following? A smile or some kindness goes a long way too. On a good note, my sandwich was pretty good. Bonus points for the guy making them.
Order: salted Carmel iced coffee & choc chip frappe.Neither were even the least bit sweetened. The coffee itself was very acidic. It was nasty.
Employees doing their absolute best at managing how busy they are and their workspace only allowing so many workers working at once. Starbucks needs to give every employee a raise with how much they have to deal with and a bonus ?
They told me they can not make drinks without ice because they would lose money. The drink cost 7 dollars. Terrible service.
Rude service, extremely primitive and unprofessional. I asked for a jasmine tea and barista yelled “What’s that? Explain yourself”

Whenever grabbing an early morning flight out of Southwest Florida to visit family back in Syracuse, NY I am so glad they have a Starbucks in the terminal. There is not a lot near the airport so this is your best option once you get inside. The prices are fair considering you are in an airport. Service is always quick and the coffee is always hot. As a real estate agent I drink a lot of coffee and theres measures up.
