Drinks were good, service was slower than expected for the amount of staff and people in the store
I'm a regular Starbucks customer and routinely visit the same few locations near my home and my office. Today, we visited this Daniel's and Palomino location because we were in the area. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the store. This was a horrible experience! I checked in at the counter. There were numerous drinks and food items scattered about the counter. I was told by the manager herself to look on the counter and find my name on my items. Numerous individual items, were all thrown about in disarray as customers, including myself, had to search through other people's items to find our own. Our food items and drink items were not even grouped together! When I got to my car, my wife and I found not only that some items in our order were incorrect (yes my name was on them), but the food was COLD and the drinks were luke warm at best. I paid way too much for the order for it to be so substandard! I know this is not typical Starbucks quality of service or product. We were refunded our money by Corporate Office, and I will continue to be a loyal Starbucks customer. But NEVER will I visit this Starbucks again!!
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I walked in , no line, ordered a small coffee. Over 10 minutes later I still haven’t received my small coffee as I watched drive thru orders come in and put theirs ahead of mine. I finally just gave up and left.
THE STAFF HERE IS GREAT! SUPER ACCOMODATING AND QUICK!! I USED TO LOVE THIS SPOT TO HANG OUT AND WORK ON MY LAPTOP. I HAVE NOT BEEN HERE IN A WHILE HOWEVER I HAVE TO SAY THE CURB-APPEAL AND OVERALL CLEANLINESS AT THIS SBUX HAS GONE WAY DOWN HILL. THE FRONT PATIO HAS STICKY COFFEE SPILL STAINS ALL OVER THE TABLES, CHAIRS AND GROUND, THERE ARE A TON WEEDS GROWING OUT OF THE CONCRETE, THE WOMAN'S RESTROOM BARELY HAS TOILET PAPER AND THE "SOAP" IS LITERALLY "WATER" REFILLED IN A SOAP DISPENSER. BUMMER.
This location is constantly and absolute disaster. They closed the lobby and they made everyone go in the drive thru. Huge lines and no reason for it. Plus, the baristas seem to get drinks wrong as my last order was screwed up. 0/10. Do not go here.
Inside this Starbucks every table was dirty, including all counters. Where you order and pick up. Crumbs, dried up spilled drink, etc. Let's not talk about where counter over trashcan empty napkin dispenser and the other only had a couple napkins inside and dirty.The dispenser came apart when I pulled a napkin out. I'm sure most business is drive thru but you can keep the inside clean. $5 for coffee, they add sugar for me and didn't stir it. It's all in the bottom. Plenty of employees, 5 behind the counter one of them needs to clean up a little.
Always seem to be out of large straws and other common products. Ordered a bagel today and they were out of cream cheese, substituted with butter. Was okay with it until I realized they only gave me one small square of butter for my entire bagel. Recommend finding another Starbucks on your daily route.
The staff are always kind and I want to thank the manager and Jackie today for helping my daughter who lives for cake pops. You are all the best.
