They never have anything desirable on the menu ? at that point please just let us know ahead of time what exactly you have available! Asked one of the workers if the drink on the counter was mine because i know how strict they are about taking incorrect items back ever since covid.. was so rude though! “You can look and see the name on there yourself” Not sure where customer service is going….

This was the slowest and dirtiest starbucks i’ve ever been to. the inside was infested with flies that just sit in the cases with the food and fly all around the workers while they are making drinks. waited over a half an hour in the drive thru and didn’t even end up waiting to get our order because i can think of 50 better things i’d rather do with my time. i will never be coming back thanks for wasting my time.

Google location says Dine In, False… Dine In is closed, this Starbucks location is “woke” still living in Fear and strives for control. I refuse to spend any money at this location. I’m out of town visiting family in Fort Myers, just wanted to go in and order some great coffee, not happening today. Employees were rude, and all freaked out when my wife and I entered. Here’s a little reminder to this Starbucks Location, Covid is Over and Life is back to normal, except for this Starbucks Location.

Terrible service, no one seems to know who’s drink belongs to who and asked for espresso in my Frappuccino paid extra and didn’t get it they were too busy to make it right. I have been to many Starbucks, skip this one you won’t get what you paid for.

First time there and the service was great and the breakfast sandwiches was delicious.

Great to find a SB so close to I-75 (exit 136 east). Breaks up the journey very well from Miami to Tampa, or vice versa.

If I could give zero stars I would, I never wrote reviews however this was crossing the line, when you’re in line at the drive thru and literally listening to the car in front of you place their order, then you pull up and get”I’m sorry we are closed due to minors working tonight, I said ok I just listened to the car in front of me place their order and the response I get is”yeah well that was the last customer I’m taking” even though I’ve been in line with all the other cars? She said yeah I’m sorry we open at 5:30am tomorrow! Wow Starbucks as someone who literally spends $20 a day if not more for the past 20 years I’ve gotten sick and tired of all the closing early and temporarily closed issues! You lost a customer

If there is a reasonable number of people around, then this is a fine store. During Peak business, do not bother. It is a death trap. The parking lot is a complete disaster and people have no clue what they are doing to get into lines. You will spend 30 minutes or more at the drive-thru if you're that desperate for coffee. For what it is worth, the product is generally good. Service is good. The issue is more with the logistics of a business with too much demand and customers that are not being organized by that business. The problem is exacerbated by several other high-volume businesses in the small plaza. Starbucks on its own could probably control the majority of that plaza, but throw in McAlister's deli and Moe's Tex Mex and Sherwin-Williams and a parking lot with two entrances and a convoluted pathing system and you have a perfect storm.

I gave this rating because I totally understand how covid has hit business extremely hard so I can't fault the employees for something beyond their control employees are for the most part super nice and friendly only thing that I ask if a item is currently out of stock just please do not show that as available I think that would cut down on alot of confusion and save alot of angry customers

the reviews made me hesitant but I came on a friday morning and even though the drive thru line looked crazy long the wait inside really wasn’t bad. the bathroom was also super clean, which was a pleasant surprise. for any mobility aid users: the entrance and bathroom are pretty accessible (no automatic doors though)
