They are out of their minds. They refuse to give out water cups.
Terrible place and terrible customer service. Just wanted a cup of ice and they gave attitude and said no, even when i said I’d pay for it. Who is running this place smh
The manager Tammy is rude and disrespectful. Makes the business environment hostile and uncomfortable for employees and customers. She is the reason everyone quits.
I was here with my sister today and after ordering, paying, and waiting almost 20 minutes for her drink, it was then told to us that they were out. Well, that’s okay things happen, but She had to get to class so she said she would return after class to pick up a replacement drink. When we returned, ordered another kind of drink, which we ended up having to pay for again (even though we didn’t get anything from the last time we paid), waited another 15 minutes before being told they were also out of that drink. She asked for something similar as a replacement, waited another 10 minutes only to get the most disgusting drink either of us have tried. We paid for 2 drinks, waited around a total of almost 45 minutes and didnt leave with anything edible.Terrible customer service and a waste of money and time 2 times in one day!
Took forever to get my coffee when there was about 3 physically in line. They prioritize their grubhub orders and forget about everyone else in the room.
Absolutely ridiculous wait times, took 40 minutes just to order and another 10 to get my drink. They really need to stop prioritizing every Grubhub order they receive while only keeping two people on in-person orders - one of which had obviously just started and managment had decided to practically throw to the wolves.
Every time I’ve ordered from here, my drink has been made wrong and it’s taken them forever to make it. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap and they didn’t add any caramel syrup or whipped cream to the bottom. They just made a very thick caramel frap with too much ice and whipped cream with no crunch toppings or syrup on the top. They’re also almost always out of a lot of pastry items. Never spend your money here unless you’re desperate enough to settle.
Friendly but inefficient staff coupled with poor managment. Almost never have blonde roast and it's a guessing game which food items will be available that day. And if you order online, just pray it's in stock or run the risk of waiting 20 minutes before asking and discovering they ran out.
Ordered 3 different drinks, all 3 drinks were watered down and flavorless.
This location needs better Management and training. Every cup the cashier wrote on was supported by EACH OF HER LEFT HANDS FINGERS INSIDE THE CUP. Yeah, the capitalization was in order to draw attention to that.
